Watching Shallow Hal while I wait

I asked them to SHOW ME THE CARFAX ..... and they did!! They also have a 109 point inspection for all cars. Ok wait.....let's back up a bit so I can tell you why I'm here..... Ok......my husband was going to get a new car from the dealership he purchased from a few years back when he found out that his credit union had an amazing deal that he just couldn't pass up. After learning more info, we found out that his credit union had a partner ship with this place and last helping us immediately called Enterprise and spoke with Chris. We got an amazing deal on a 2017 vehicle for less than Kelly Blue Books price. AWESOME SAUCE!! Chris was amazing and we didn't feel pressured to buy. He answered all the questions we had, and volunteered even more information. He even brought me 2 cups of coffee with a knife to stir it with. Hilarious!! They have super comfortable theater-type seats in the waiting area, and Netflix to watch complimentary. I watched Shallow Hal while I sipped my coffee and let them work. This car was for my husband, the next will be mine!! I wouldn't go anywhere else but here for mine also.

So a few weeks ago, my husband got into an awful accident during Indy's big ice storm. And of course our vehicle was totaled. He was ok but our car (aka Berry) was gone forever. This was very unexpected for us, however, we went to Enterprise Car Sales (which is where we purchased Berry) to take a look at some vehicles. After searching online, looking up ratings and reviews, and seeing the inventory, we narrowed it down to 5 choices. After calling to get insurance quotes and going through the process, we went into the actual dealership. We were referred to work with a guy named Joel who was so professional, friendly, and honest. He did not try to pressure us, he knew our budget and what we were looking for and did everything in his power to work with us. After going back and forth for a week, at the end of the week, we finally choose our car of choice. We got a Nissan Altima... Berry was a Nissan, so we decided to stay in the family. We loved the year of the car, milage, price, warranty options, and technology. We LOVE the color (black) with black interior. Joel had us test a black car with beige interior (which was quite sexy) but with small kids, we did not feel comfortable getting a light interior - so he was able to have us see a black vehicle with black interior and we LOVE it! We named her Black Widow :) Great experience!

I really have enjoyed the experience today at the Enterprise Car Sales. I know that sounds unbelievable when purchasing a new vehicle but true!!! My credit union highly recommended Enterprise after getting my pre-approved car loan. They currently have a great interest rate for credit union members and the loan officer spoke highly of customer satisfaction feedback from members. I wanted a new vehicle with super low mileage without losing thousands of depreciation by just driving off the lot. They offer affordable vehicles with low, low mileage (100 miles to 15k & above) with all the perks and nice selections. I browsed Enterprises' website for current inventory which was a huge benefit! It was very helpful when supplying Joel, my salesman, with type of vehicles I was interested in. If you don't find your car on the lot or website, Enterprise has thousands of vehicles available to them across the Country. Joel was EXCELLENT to work with as well as every single person I encountered from beginning to driving the car off the lot. It was honestly a stress free experience for me. Phone calls and texts were returned timely, the waiting area is comfortable, beverages provided while you wait or shop and practically ever person confirms you've been helped or ask if you need anything. Excellent customer service. Cameron is the Asst. Car Sales Mgr. and finance wizard I worked with after selecting my car. She too, was fabulous, personable, helpful with all my questions and explaining the Enterprise Customer Protection Options. She is very knowledgeable about vehicle components as well as financing and doesn't waste your time. Even though Joel was scheduled out of the office Saturday when I wanted to pick up my car another salesman, James, stepped in. You would have thought he had sold me the car while covering all the vehicle features. James was super friendly and professional from getting the last minute car detailing, explaining in detail and demonstrating the car features, answering every question to handing me the car keys. That was a first from past car salesmen and felt like family helping family. I would highly recommend Enterprise Car Sales on North Shadeland if you, your family or friends are searching for a new or used vehicle. My best car experience ever! Thanks to Joel, Cameron, James and all!!!!

Her first pic at home. It doesn't begin to do her justice! This car is gorgeous!

I had to have it towed to my local Ford dealership where I had to keep checking in on them to see if they had diagnosed my problem(s) yet. It was important for me to have a working vehicle so I could get my kids to/from school, get to work etc. After more than a week they finally said that a BCM had gone out. Here's where things take a turn for the worst and Capitol City Ford comes through. My local dealership says that the part I need is on national backorder. They have no ETA for the part! I begin scouring the internet and order the part twice only to be told they don't actually have the part on hand, that it's on backorder and then promptly cancel my order. I called all over the country trying to find the part, most places tell me they don't have it and then quickly get off the phone. I called Capitol City Ford and spoke to Jim M. who was kind and professional. He looked up the part, then said he would physically check their inventory. Sure enough they had the BCM, however my local dealership was not willing to arrange for and accept delivery. Jim worked it out to get the part shipped directly to me. Had Jim just written me off only God knows how long my truck would have been out of commission. I was about 1,100 in line for the backordered part. Thank you Jim for your help and getting me back on the road!

As a wheelchair using driver, it's not particularly quick or easy to identify an appropriate vehicle that will meet my needs. I don't drive a van. I typically have driven a 2-door automatic, however, it has to have enough room between the driver's seat and the door frame that I can put my wheelchair, when folded, in the backseat. When I was younger, these were easy to find. These days? Not so much. I first called Ed Martin Honda as I was curious about a used Honda Civic. I'd had a Civic before, but cars change over the years and I wanted to make sure. I was transferred multiple times trying to find basic answers about the vehicle. At one point, I simply asked if they could measure the space I needed to know about as I'd been able to determine how much room I needed. It was really basic customer service, and they just wouldn't do it. Majorly dropped ball. Somewhat on the flip side, I did an in-person visit and the sales rep definitely went out of the way to let me try a couple of the vehicles. I was definitely impressed, and there was a definite effort to try to think of vehicles that would actually work. That was good customer service, though we didn't actually find a vehicle. For the record, I ended up buying a Honda. If that original associate had been more helpful who knows what could have happened? I learned that both the Civic and the Accord would work (coupe versions, so slightly older). I ended up with an Accord that I'm anxiously waiting for it to arrive. This was a solid mid-range experience, though somewhat disappointing given I've generally heard great things about Martin's customer service. Phone call? Disappointing. In-person? Much better. Overall, I'd still probably return for future needs.

Their receptionist hung up on me as I was asking about my license plate, so really there is no professionalism after a sale. Not sure if all Ray Skillman dealerships work this way but a family member had a similar experience earlier this year at another location, so best bet is to avoid Ray Skillman, it's crazy to think I had an easier process at a local dealership than at a big name one.

We will say 10 for the repairs. Truck turned out pretty good for being wrecked like it was so I'll give them that but let's go over the rest! I'll say a 3 on the customer service, we were not called about our service except maybe once or twice as we were promised. Rob the shop manger was rude about our concerns about not being contacted about the vehicle and the condition of it. Jake, great adjuster, was horrible with communication until the end especially about when parts were unavailable and I mean we are talking like they knew about it like 2 days beforehand WE would have to call inquire about the truck JUST TO FIND OUT INFORMATION! TRASHY! AND then be told we can't keep pulling Jake from the shop as IF he was calling us in the first place to update us. Our vehicle was also not on time we were told 9 days then magically that turned into almost a month, reasonably we understand parts have to be shipped, and then when we were told Monday they didn't call us until Tuesday so that's also a lie on paper to make them look good. IT went to the body shop on a Tuesday, 4 days to paint 2 truck finders.... I think not I think that is laziness from the workers. We WILL NOT be recommend blossom Chevy if you want your vehicle back and updates about the progress. We were promised updates on Tuesdays and Thursdays! We were not given them! HORRIBLE COMMUNICATION! If blossom Chevy had not had treated me so well in the past with my corvette this truck would have gone to another Chevy auto shop. Blossom Chevy has disappointed me heavy in the customer service BESIDES the ladies that answer calls for the collusion center. Thank you ladies for also being amazing and kind to us. And! The people at the enterprise at the collusion center are rude and unprofessional! Especially when it comes to signing rental paperwork. Lady had an attitude because I am on the insurance and she said the man had to sign for it. Unfortunately lady, we both are fully covered on that plan so legally I can sign for the rental. The only other good part was the lady that was filling in the for HR lady inside the dealership itself. She was a sweetheart helped us even get to manger (who was to say being a donkey) But we want to thank her even though we missed her name, for helping us. Sadly we really hope that we never have to return to blossom Chevy for any work ever again or to even buy a car. This experience has ruined every good thing.

You would think as professionals, they would try to help the situation a little bit but "unfortunately" they can't put my bad part back on because they can't return the part they replaced. The manager showed no remorse or empathy knowing this is a huge unexpected cost and his whole attitude screamed, "oh well, take it or leave it". Didn't offer any coupons, assistance or anything. Attn: Sean Roberts, General Manager…read more My husband and I purchased a Jeep Grand Cherokee from Eastgate in Fall 2025 and had a fantastic sales experience. Unfortunately, our recent experience with the service department has completely shattered our trust. What we are asking for to resolve this (Fair Outcome): Completely fix the sensor issues on our vehicle immediately. Wave any additional diagnostic fees or deductibles, as promised by management. Provide a rental/loaner vehicle until the work is completed so we can transport our children. The Timeline of Events: The Initial Drop-off: We brought the Jeep in for routine maintenance (oil change/tire rotation) and three covered recalls. We were never disclosed a diagnostic fee when the advisor noted our check engine light. Hidden Fees & Warranty Discrepancies: We were later quoted an astronomical $950 bill. It wasn't until we demanded a line-by-line breakdown in person that extra fees "vanished," and we had to force the advisor to check our aftermarket warranty--which they dragged their feet on for 24 hours before admitting it covered the transmission pan. Incomplete Work: We paid our deductible and picked up the vehicle on Friday, only for every single sensor to go off the second we started the car. I immediately turned around and brought it back. The service manager, Norman, rode with me, admitted the sensors were never even looked at, and promised we could bring it back Monday under the same open ticket with no extra deductible. Lost Paperwork & Zero Communication: When we returned Monday, the department had lost our paperwork, had no notes from Norm, and treated us like an inconvenience. Norm avoided eye contact and refused to help. By noon, we received a call claiming the car was "done," only to realize the advisor was reading off the invoice from the previous week. Our vehicle is still sitting at your dealership. We have tried calling our service advisor multiple times today with no answer. We have been incredibly patient and gracious throughout this week-long ordeal, but the lack of internal communication, hidden charges, and failure to actually fix the vehicle is unacceptable. We require a swift response and a rental vehicle while this is made right.

1 STAR - Extremely Disappointed With Indy Hyundai | Loyalty Clearly Means Nothing…read more I honestly wish I could give zero stars. This is my THIRD vehicle purchased from Indy Hyundai, and after everything I have experienced, I can confidently say that I will NEVER purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I am extremely disappointed--not only with the problems I have experienced with the vehicles, but even more so with the way I have been treated as a customer. With my previous vehicle, I experienced multiple issues, including water leaking into the trunk. Despite bringing it to their attention, no one could tell me why it was happening or properly resolve the issue. I also had more than three faulty tires replaced and experienced problems with the windows rolling down. I take exceptional care of my vehicles, so these were not issues caused by neglect or poor maintenance on my part. Despite those experiences, I continued giving Indy Hyundai my business. In June 2026, I purchased a brand-new vehicle and traded in my previous one. The salesmen were very nice during the purchase, and initially, I felt good about my decision. Then came the problems. From the beginning, I had issues getting Bluelink properly set up and connected to my vehicle. For an entire month, I did not have access to a feature that should have been available with my brand-new vehicle. At the time, I couldn't understand why there was such an issue getting it set up. About a month after purchasing the vehicle, I finally got an answer--but certainly not the one I expected. The dealership called and informed me that they had GIVEN ME THE WRONG VEHICLE and that I needed to return it. Yes, a month after I purchased it. Suddenly, the problems I had been experiencing with Bluelink made a lot more sense. For approximately a month, I had been driving a vehicle I purchased believing everything had been handled correctly, while also trying to figure out why I couldn't get Bluelink properly connected. By this point, I had also already paid out of pocket to have the windows tinted. I did everything I was supposed to do as a customer, yet somehow their mistake became my problem. Because I had already paid for the tint, I expected the dealership to make that right. They offered to tint the replacement vehicle, but I was told the tint they could provide would not be the same as what I had already paid for and had installed. I didn't think it was reasonable for me to have to accept something different because of a dealership error that was completely outside of my control. I requested reimbursement for the tint I had already paid for and was assured that I would receive it. It is now September 7, 2026, and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REIMBURSEMENT. I even told them I was willing to come directly to the dealership and pick up the payment myself, yet they proceeded to mail it anyway. Months later, I am still waiting for money I should never have had to chase in the first place. Unfortunately, after finally receiving the correct vehicle, the problems still didn't stop. I noticed condensation inside the headlamp and brought it to their attention. Instead of taking my concern seriously, I was initially told it was "normal." After going back and forth, I was then told it was a minor issue and that they simply needed to order a part. Except that wasn't correct either. Ultimately, they discovered that the issue required replacement of the ENTIRE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY. So something I was initially told was "normal," and then described as a "minor issue," actually required the entire headlight assembly to be replaced. At this point, my biggest problem isn't simply that a brand-new vehicle has experienced issues. I understand that problems can happen with any vehicle. My problem is how Indy Hyundai has handled those problems. I have repeatedly felt dismissed, minimized, and made to feel as though my concerns weren't important. I should not have to continuously push, question explanations, follow up, and advocate for myself just to have legitimate concerns taken seriously. I also have to acknowledge something that has become difficult for me to ignore: I can't help but wonder whether some of the way I have been treated is because I am a young woman. I know what I am experiencing with my vehicle. I should not have to fight to be heard or be made to feel as though I don't understand my own vehicle simply because I am a young woman. I purchased a BRAND-NEW vehicle expecting reliability and peace of mind. Instead, I have dealt with dealership errors, unresolved issues, incorrect information, delays, and an overall experience that has left me feeling like my business and loyalty simply don't matter. This is my THIRD vehicle from Indy Hyundai. Three vehicles. After continuing to give this dealership my business despite previous issues, I expected to be treated like a valued and loyal customer. Instead, I feel like I have been treated like an inconve
