I had a 130 appointment. I got there at 1:25. The person who was supposed to do my hair named…read moreCaitlyn was that the register and said we're ready to go immediately and I said oh it looks like it's not busy in here since there was only one other person getting their hair done in the salon. She said we're really busy and she seemed to be in a real rush. There's only two of us here. I told her I wanted to cut. She asked me if she had to shampoo it and I said yes. After the I've ever had in my life by a cut it in less than five minutes and I said you're already done and she said yes do you want it and I said which I was shocked I had to say yes to she blew dry it. The whole thing was done the cut shampoo and blow dry all within 15 minutes and at the end, when she showed me the outcome, I was flabbergasted. It was terrible. My hair was still damp. It was still frizzy and not straight from the blow dry and the bangs were like turned onward. I told her I wanted them straight or to the side and they were too short for that she did a terrible job. I will never go back there again and I never should've tipped her. I did that only because I feel like rude not to tip people, but I tip much less than I normally would, but I was completely disappointed and shocked. I've never had such a poor cut or been rushed so much in my entire life I will never go back to that place.

There was a Whitney Houston playlist going when we came in and her star spangled banner came on and two older friends were having such a beautiful moment listening to it. I wish I had planned a morning start time for my half day since at the end, felt like I was being…read morerushed out a little. My manicure was good until the $15 extra for shellac didn't last a week. Pedicure was normal although the chairs and big pillows weren't super comfortable for me. Swedish Massage was amazing as expected, but the facial was not so much. I made them aware this was my first time for a facial, but things weren't explained as to what they were using and why. When I got home, my chest and face had broken out. Would have liked to have known what company the creams and lotions were from. I also find certain smells are triggers for migraines and the facial had that one smell. Lavender. I would've expected more options, but wasn't given any. I just didn't enjoy it.
