Our old driveway had a big ditch at the entry, which is at the top of a hill. In the winter, we had multiple delivery trucks slide sideways and get stuck. They tore out the old driveway, filled in the huge ditch, and improved the overall look by bringing it right to the landscaping features which had been added after the original driveway. I won't get into the nitty gritty but this guy lied about what our pricing included then told us at the end the price wasn't for the backsplash in our kitchen as well and he wanted additional money for it (new construction build). He didn't finish the job, we were left with the inner lip of our shower having no seal above the tile. The gap was big enough I could fit my fingers into it. Then he asked the painter to do caulk the lines by the ceiling which was his job. 4 months after we move in, our tile is cracked. Gee wonder why, would have nothing to do with the gaping hole you left in the seal, would it?
