Yesterday the crew was here for the recent job of removing concrete landing step ( which started to fall apart during the winter) and replacing it with a granite step. A month or so ago I left a message thru their website requesting that they do the necessary repairs and, still, they have not responded, one year later. Value: My condominium HOA confirmed with me that Exclusive Hardscapes has been paid for the work, but a year later they have not completed the job. There was no inspection of the masonry work done on my steps by the owner and no follow-thru by the owner, Reggie. Also, the masonry work Exclusive Hardscapes performed left a film on my new windows that my regular cleaning service was unable to remove. I had to hire a professional window-washer to industrially clean my new windows to remove the film left by the masonry work of Exclusive Hardscapes. Unfortunately, I've experienced very poor workmanship, follow-thru, and professionalism from Exclusive Hardscapes and am so disappointed at the appearance of my new steps. (P.S.
