Great food all the time. My favorite is the crispy shrimp taco but I haven't gone wrong with any of the others that I've tried (crispy poncho, Birria). They all are delicious. I always order at least two or three. Also their french fries are simple but amazing. I don't know what they put on them but it taste like a lime salt or Tajin. My only wish is that they would have a plant based option besides just grilled onions and bell peppers. I say that because half of my group is plant-based and we are always considering where to eat. There's not much there for them except french fries. But all in all you're doing a great job and you get to decide what you want on your menu. Obviously you're killin it!! Galvan's now has two trucks pumping out delicious Mexican food at brewpubs around Sonoma county. They also do catering. We ordered 2 street tacos, shrimp and carne asada. We also got to crispy tacos shrimp and a crispy Pancho (shrimp and beef). Everything was amazing but it was the crispy Pancho that blew me away, crispy, chewy, cheesy and packed with tender beef like pot roast and shrimp. Soooooo good! The al pastor tacos are a delight with their savory pork and pineapple blend, while the pollo tacos offer a lighter option without compromising on taste. The customer service on the other hand was terrible. The young man who took orders (with the gold watch) very rude. Poor attitude when I gave him my card for payment. He had a very snarky and condescending attitude as if he didn't want to be there. I felt bad he had to be working on a Sunday afternoon but no way to treat customers that way. We love their birrias, but I got 2 Asada Fries to try instead. And please excuse the trite phrasing, but OMG this was some good stuff! French fries used as the base for Asada "nachos", with onions, peppers, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream. You cannot expect to discreetly eat this delicious dish. I had heard rave reviews about this food truck from my daughter and her Mother-in-law. So yesterday we drove to Cooperage and tried it out. First: the truck was 20 mins late and then we had to wait another 20 for ordering. Second: the girl/woman taking orders was RUDE AF. Being the first timers I guess we took too long to order. Who knows. And they weren't taking cash. Only card payment. Thirdly: we ordered the Street Tacos. They were lukewarm and bland! I doubt I'd try again as the experience was so bad. read more
