First to get out of the way, there was meat contamination on my veggie tacos, and they quickly fixed it which I appreciate. So just fyi for my other vegetarians, it seems they need to work on this maybe since they just opened. Ordered Veggie Street Taco and Veggie Crispy Taco. The Crispy is better since it comes with cheese. The street taco does not which makes it a lil dry. All the tacos come with 2 tortillas. They are very small. They only have outdoor seating with lots of chairs, but our table had multiple spiders. Overall, very mixed experience.

Exceptional shrimp tacos and even better service !!! Shout out to Kimmie and Alex for their hospitality! I loved the food and vibe so much, I brought my friends here a couple days after discovering it. This has quickly become one of my favorite places in Rohnert park. Will definitely be taking my friends/family here when they come visit !!

I looooooove Galvan's tacos. I usually only get the crispy shrimp or crispy veggie tacos when I go. They are always extremely generous with the shrimps and don't hold back. The tacos are a good size and have your typical two tortilla (as it should be in my opinion haha). This rating is solely a reflection for the food. I do appreciate the constant change and rotation of where the truck is parked for the day as it allows me to also try other establishments. As for service, if I could rate that seperately I would probably give it a 2/5. The women usually taking the orders are usually rude, short with you when ordering, and or, laughing/talking to someone else in the truck while trying to take your order. Customer service could be improved immensely.

Drove in and found a parking right away. (It was pretty busy) I thought, that's a good sign! Walked up and ordered a quesabiria and then a Russian River Pliny from the bar. Service was awesome and very friendly. Food came quickly and it was fire! I loved the vibe! I'll be back for sure! Come check it out you guys.

Weird over cooked shrimp and dry meat.

Average Mexican food. Nothing special, but still good. We got the carne asada fries. Carne asada was dry unfortunately but had ok flavor.

The best tacos in town! The service is great. They are a food truck so local beer plus tacos definitely a vibe! Quesabirrias are my go too!

Normal soft tacos were ok. The crispy tacos and quesabirria were super delicious. Definitely going to come back for more of those.

I must say, I have had a lot of empanadas in my life in several countries including argentina and every time I see an empanada place in the states and these are hands down the best I've ever had. I was greeted at the door by a precious woman that took my order and came back 10 minutes later with a package that looked like a beautiful birthday gift with the most beautiful flower on top. The staple beef and spicy beef delivered a mouthful of flavorful deliciousness. The more unique flavors of the spinach artichoke and the plum bacon elevated the traditional empanada experience. The blueberry cobbler was a perfect end to a perfect meal. This small little place attached to a gas station was a surprising gem of an experience and I will be sure to make a point to go back the next time I'm in town.

The owner wife of Vinoma is from Argentina and we were told the recipes that owner husband, Brian, uses were his mother-in-laws. Then he add his own magic touch and creativity! You can eat them in you car, sit outside at their tiny table (weather permitting) or take them home. It is also great to purchase them frozen and cook them in your oven when you like. P. S. They make great appetizers for when guests come over!

These were some of the best and original flavors I've had in a while. While their short-item menu was meat-heavy, they were super accommodating and awesome about creating something on the spot for my wife who is a vegetarian. They created a yummy garlic bread with chimichurri and sautéed grilled onions with a side of red pepper dip that was phenomenal. Along with their cucumber salad on the menu, one of the chefs also brought out a Serbian, vinegar-based slaw that his mom used to make. I look forward to trying their pizza one of these if I can catch them while they're at Old Caz.

The crust, sauce, and flavor were all spot on. You can tell there's pride and passion behind every pizza they make. Great food, exceptional hospitality, and a genuine local-business feel. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Please heed my warning (and those of the other most recent reviews!) and save yourself the time,…read moremoney, effort, and stress - hire literally ANY other caterer for your event. After months of poor communication and several displays of unprofessionalism, I tried to cancel our contract 6 weeks prior to our wedding date. I was in a dispute with the owner (Gabe) to try and get a refund for an event he hadn't even catered, and he refused to provide it. Note that the owner himself has stated that he thinks his business is headed to an end. See attached photo for text messages I received from him with this claim. If anything, you don't want to work with someone who cannot maintain a professional demeanor in their client correspondence. In case you need further convincing to NOT hire Ring of Fire, feel free to read through my ordeal below. --- In February of this year, I reached out in search of a wedding caterer. Gabe invited me and my partner to a complimentary tasting with other couples who were interested in booking. The tasting went great (the ONLY thing that went well in all my interactions with them) so we booked and paid a 50% deposit. Over the next few months I reached out to get deadlines and feedback on our proposed menu. After repeated attempts to contact him, the only time he really reached out was to offer a discount on our balance if we paid it early. In hindsight, this should have been a *red flag* - no professional would ever reach out to a client to ask them to pay something in advance of the contract terms unless they were poorly managing their business and finances. Instead, thinking it was gesture of customer service, we went ahead and paid our balance early to get the discount. However, after paying, Gabe unprofessionally asked us to reschedule our already confirmed site tour in favor of booking another lunch. My wedding coordinator and I agreed to reschedule, only to have him NO SHOW for the site tour. 15 minutes after the confirmed meeting time I called Gabe to get his ETA. He didn't seem to know where our venue was (even though he accepted a calendar event with the date, time, and address in it) and told me was still 50 minutes away so we proceeded without him. Had we waited, he would have been OVER AN HOUR LATE. At this point, I lost faith that ROF could cater my event. We were still 6 weeks away from our date so I requested to cancel our contract and get back the balance payment (that HE requested we pay early). Needless to say, he did not want to grant the refund. I worked with an attorney and determined the best course of action was to file a dispute with the credit card company AND to sue him in small claims court as backup. Luckily, the credit card company resolved the dispute in my favor but I still experienced an extreme amount of stress trying to book a new caterer with less than 6 weeks from my wedding date - something I would never wish on any bride. Again, please save yourself the stress and look elsewhere for your caterer.

They were late in getting to my friends birthday celebration. Uncalled for.! The food was just okay but there was not enough for any seconds on appetizers. The staff seemed to not really know what was going on and did their best, alas the coup d'etat that the dessert was melted. Relatives of the birthday party ended up going to a local store to get dessert for the party because the catering staff was at a loss of what to do, to fix the problem, it was awful. This company is so unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone. Just bad, bad, bad on every level.
