Not to mention, the repair only cost $35, with no added labor costs that many shops sneak into the bill at the end. One of my family members came to Galvin Glass back in the late 90s or early 2000s to have a sunroof installed and had a superb experience back then. I took my old hauling car to Bellevue Toyota and that was a BIG. mistake. They told me I needed a new window (which wasn't broken but track was) and it would be $700. Here is was 80 and Gerald showed me the inside of door and walked me through what's wrong. That's the fee for what Toyota charged for me to wait two hours to get thousands of dollars in diagnostics of other things. I had the glass in a window at my lake home broken. I called many (6) places to get it repaired. Some would not come to Cedar Creek NE. Some would or could come for two and three weeks. That was just to measure for replacement glass. Then I tried Galvin Glass in Bellevue. I am sure glad I did. They told me they were not sure if they could come out that day. When I explained my problem that were able to send someone at the end of the day. What great customer service. He measured for the replacement and he also put an adhesive film over the window to protect the inside while the replacement glass is ordered. I have had 2 different Friday glass emergencies One that I called them at 4:30 and asked them to please come and assist us, we had commercial door damage and we couldn't even secure the building because the door wouldn't shut. They were there in 15 and made it so the door could close. Today we again had massive damage to our commercial door.
