She also explained to me everything that she was adding on and told me what I do and do not need. My other agent didn't explain anything to me and I had no idea that I was paying for things that did not apply to me. Pam is very quick when it comes to responding to emails. I have only spoken with Pam and Caroline in the office and both are amazing, but I imagine everyone else is just as nice. When my hubs & I first moved to New England, we hit up AAA in Rockland for car insurance and renters, mostly because it seemed like the easiest way to get reasonably good insurance quickly. We also had business with the RMV and wanted to get everything wrapped up quickly. Unfortunately, the person who created our policy for us at AAA made typos on the policy that almost certainly would have caused drama had we ever had a wreck, including citing my name as "Kristin" under named drivers on the policy... bill to Rachel, but cover Kristin's driving record?! Nice job, AAA. Needless to say, I decided to shop around a little for a different policy- and agent- and ended up Googling. I found BJ Kirby right in Whitman center, and figured I'd give them a shout. I emailed in and Stephen was working for me right away, getting me a comparable quote quickly. He was nice enough to handle 99% of the process for me via email, which I really appreciated. All told, I think he saved us about $400 for the year. Not bad! And he knows my name isn't Kristin, so that's cool too.

I own my car. I had never filed a claim or had any accidents that required a claim. I let my husband use my car and he got in an accident. He used my car only twice. All of a sudden, my premiums are threw the roof. My husbands name is not on my car or insurance. My premium went up to $4500.00. I kept asking them why so much. I never got a straight answer. I came to realize that they were charging me for something my idiot husband had done. This expense should be on his insurance, not mine. Finally after a screaming match with them for not posting my payments saying I never sent in check when I had the receipt and saying my coverage will be cancelled, I lost it. Don't charge me an extra $46.00 for a billing fee and another $25.00 for late fee when they misplaced my payment. I tried telling them that they are over charging me, I looked for new insurance. I went to A-Affordable Insurance and my premium went from $4500.00 down to $1027.00. I am now paying nearly $3500,00 less for the year. Malcolm & Parsons & Safety Insurance have screwed me over for the last time. People should not give them any business. After getting my new insurance with awesome customer service at A-Afforable, Safety has a nerve to send me a bill for $11.27 balance due. Seriously...

However when I have needed anything I am treated like a million dollar account. Tom Secky and his staff make you feel like family and Tom has helped me out numerous times with insurance needs for cars with teenagers, and the office staff, Gigi in particular always answers my question with patience and is very knowledgable about my insurance needs. Once in a while I check with competitive quotes and as always I have never felt I could save a few bucks by switching to someone else and even if I could I would never give up the incredible customer service I get from Tom and his team. A friend recommended Lovely Agency and I stopped one morning with my insurance coverage printouts from Liberty. The people here were, so friendly. The looked up what they would have charged to insure my old vehicle before it was totaled by the other driver. It turns out they would have insured me with better coverage for about $200 less. My brand new car with better coverage cost about $100 more than my 2005 was costing with Liberty Mutual. This is pretty impressive considering I was also supposedly getting a corporate discount through my company on my Liberty plan. My home owners with better coverage came out to about $200 less as well, but they suggested that it be moved when my policy was up for renewal. The agent pro-actively emailed me about a month before and asked for some information she needed to make the switch over for me. She also called to confirm everything was switched over. In addition, I received a hand written thank you card for my business just a few weeks later. This experience is starkly different than the service I received from Liberty Mutual. I needed to call multiple times to get a response to any of my requests. In some case they never returned my calls at all. Lovely Agency is all about service and they have very competitive rates. I can't recommend these folks enough.
