Which was a great and niche game, however I'm unsure if it was the representatives or staff themselves but their PR seemed a bit lacking. While I'm not going to defend WOTC or Hasbro ever it was odd at how focused the tear down of other card games was compared to the actual build up of it. Fast forward and The Spoils has long been dead. Still a great game that I play from time to time. At the time it also had excellent card choices but was extremely picky about the food rules which was odd given how Tampa is a huge city and huge city card shops tend to be more lax.

When our food arrived, the over-easy sandwich was correct, but the sandwich placed in front of me had an over-medium egg with a runny yolk instead of the over-hard egg I specifically requested. I always make a point to clearly ask for a fully cooked egg because I cannot tolerate runny yolks. I politely called our waitress over and explained what had happened. I told her that the sandwich in front of me belonged to the other guest, and that the sandwich they had received appeared to have been intended as mine, except the egg was still runny and wasn't cooked over hard as ordered. Rather than listening to my concern, she responded in a very condescending manner and insisted the order was correct and that we simply needed to switch plates. I explained that switching plates would not solve the actual issue--the egg itself had not been cooked as ordered. She eventually took my sandwich back to have it remade, but after that interaction she rarely checked back on our table for the remainder of the meal and seemed to avoid us entirely. I never raised my voice or made a scene; I simply wanted the food I ordered prepared correctly. Mistakes happen in any restaurant, and I am completely understanding of that. What was most disappointing wasn't the kitchen error, it was the dismissive response to a reasonable request and the lack of service afterward. Since I had spoken so highly of this restaurant beforehand, it was embarrassing to have my guests experience this as their first visit.

You may want to personalize your own tumbler. I've had excellent customer service when I call the Customer Service toll free number. They haven't hesitated to replace my defective lids in the past. I recommend you activate your product warranty when you buy a tumbler. I'll be contacting them soon to activate mine. I'm obsessed with making tea and keeping a week supply of tumblers in my refrigerator during warm weather. I just bought two more tumblers. I found one of the traditional tumblers online at NHL Shop. While I was at it I bought one of the new versions. Thank goodness they provide a video on the website because the new tumblers have a lot of features. I don't use a straw so I was glad I could convert it to a chugging bottle! I'm recommending Tervis for cold drinks. I know they can be used for hot drinks but I prefer stainless steel for those. I definitely recommend you visit the nearest store when you are in Florida. Thanks to my Yelp Friend Stacy I found this location! They carry electronics, home goods, housewares, kitchen items, outdoor items, furniture, mattresses, gardening items, toiletries, clothing, electronics, and pantry items. The deals are pretty good, and sometimes they have things on clearance (watch for food items, since the dates are either close to the sell by dates or even past the sell by dates). I mean, I wasn't really in the market for specific items, but we found a meat probe for a good price, and actually some snacks too. It's too bad that I didn't live closer because they had patio furniture for sale at this one, and it would've definitely been worth the drive! The food aisles were plentiful (not like a different location that was mostly slim pickings). They do change out their inventory regularly, since this is a close out type of store. It was pretty clean and organized too! And from what I saw, service was pretty top notch--a few of us were looking for advertised deals and the staff (register people) hopped off and assisted with all of our questions and walked us over to the areas we needed to go to.
