You may want to personalize your own tumbler. I've had excellent customer service when I call the Customer Service toll free number. They haven't hesitated to replace my defective lids in the past. I recommend you activate your product warranty when you buy a tumbler. I'll be contacting them soon to activate mine. I'm obsessed with making tea and keeping a week supply of tumblers in my refrigerator during warm weather. I just bought two more tumblers. I found one of the traditional tumblers online at NHL Shop. While I was at it I bought one of the new versions. Thank goodness they provide a video on the website because the new tumblers have a lot of features. I don't use a straw so I was glad I could convert it to a chugging bottle! I'm recommending Tervis for cold drinks. I know they can be used for hot drinks but I prefer stainless steel for those. I definitely recommend you visit the nearest store when you are in Florida. Thanks to my Yelp Friend Stacy I found this location! Living and visiting Florida like I do I never miss an opportunity to check out Tervis.

As such, I decided to pop into this location while in the mall. The associate greeted us and offered help if we needed it. We looked around and enjoyed many of the tumblers on offer. I didn't end up leaving with anything, but they did have some good sales on 'out of season' items and retiring items as well. Overall: A It's a solid brand with well made tumblers that stand the test of time. Go 'green' and ditch the plastic. ;)

Santiago is awesome, but the rest have no idea what's going on. Not even the owner. They never have what I need with regard to parts for common Traxxas and Arrma products, one will be in stock, but the others will not, even if it's a common item. The website is better (but don't try to order it for pickup, because they won't have it when you arrive). Shipping is like $3.99 for small orders though, and Amazon is cheaper if you have Prime because there is no shipping. The benefit to a brick-and-mortar store despite a slightly higher price is being able to get the item today. MyTobbies has the single largest selection in the Tampa area. The manager/owner is almost never there (unless it's the morning and only during the week so good luck with your warranty or a return if you buy something), and employees have to get verbal permission just to give you your money back. There used to be a bunch of great people there (Kevin, Jeremy, Tim, John, Wyatt) but they are all gone. Bottom line, there are better places. Here are a few I enjoy. Also, if you like Warhammer or Gundam, I included a couple places below. My Tobbies DFD Phil's Hobby Shop Jackson Brothers Nerdy Needs Two Fairies and a Dwarf

Brian, Robert, and Kirk care about their customers as much as their passion for their hobbies. They don't go for "the big sale". They take care to answer all your questions honestly. It's obvious when you speak with them, that they want you to be satisfied with your purchase and happy with your hobby. They want to earn your repeat business. They have mine. Started going 20+ years ago when Phil was still the owner, and Brian a "newbie". Now, I got into a new hobby, and Brian made sure I got the right start, by giving me honest opinions and helping me make an intelligent start, without a large investment. I had so much fun, I brought my son in, as well as a few co-workers who are all excited about their new hobbies. Brian and his staff helped me with replacement parts, and helpful suggestions, as I learned the ins and outs of the hobby. They even examined my equipment when I was having difficulty troubleshooting. Now I'm ready to go to the next level, and a larger investment in my newfound hobby. Brian was right there with invaluable information and offering to help with any questions I may have. I could have purchased through some online store, but I will always go to Phil's first, before purchasing elsewhere. Far too many businesses don't understand the value of good customer service and building relationships. The folks at Phil's Hobby Shop sure do - without a doubt. I refuse to go anywhere else, and I recommend them at every opportunity. I urge you to support your local hobby shop before making that online purchase. You won't regret it.

I have been going to HoH since my Grandma used to take me to their original Clearwater location on South Ft. Harrison, when I was a little kid. I miss that place so bad. It was great fun to see the owner have to use a step-stool to climb over that cluttered counter to get to his seat behind the cash register! A family business, still going strong for decades, that guy with the white crew cut is "Bob," the owner... ...and Bob has more information about ANY retro hobby than you can imagine! His selection of old and new plastic model kits is the stuff of legend. I have brought out-of-town friends here just to browse for kicks, and they always leave finding something of pure wonder! While not my passion, Bob is also the guy to go to if you are into ANY radio-controlled sort of hobbies whatsoever! Car, plane, boat, etc... He is an RC expert! HoH's inventory is vast and impressive. But if you can't find it here, just ask Bob and he will gladly order it for you! I wish more parents would encourage their kids to put down the video game controllers, and build a plastic model kit. An afternoon of glue and paint can be FAR more rewarding than just silly and hollow, temporary pixels on a screen. How much more rewarding? Actually, I now run a small side-business, making and selling my own sort of "model kit" related art objects. While he may never know his impact, Bob the owner here, is one of my main influences that introduced me to the joy of building and painting objects with my own two hands! So please give HoH a visit! In our modern "video game" era, this sort of place has become almost extinct, and that is a real shame indeed...
