I wanted to take a moment to share the experience I had today with my chiropractor, Jeffrey Gamble. I have been seeing him for the better part of two years, yet today, I had to make the decision to seek treatment elsewhere. While I was sitting in one of his massage chairs, he brought another patient back to one of the examination rooms, and after a few moments of light chatter (I was relaxing and not really paying attention), I heard him all of a sudden sing "Let's Go Brandon!" very loudly. That perked my ears up, and I honed in on their discussion of "Kama-lalalala" and her inability to decide "what she really is" (meaning her racial identity). The discussion then turned to the topic of "having to have his hands on the necks of Democrats", which I'm pretty sure would be grounds to remove his medical license. I am not naive to think that much of the medical profession is conservative, and if I ever end up in an emergency room, I want the best person to take care of me, regardless of their politics. That being said, I don't want their politics to be brought into the treatment room, especially in a way that suddenly turns the environment hostile. An Amazing experience! I had a one hour massage with Enrique. It was one of the best massages I've ever had. He was gentle and thorough, yet firm. He worked out all my tight muscles and old injuries. I won't be going back. I was a patient for about 2 years & Dr. Gamble recently began to creep me out. Back massages got lower and lower and seemed to take forever. Says things like okay now lay on your back, mouth up. Ew. Then yesterday it was going fine until I said wow I almost fell asleep (because he took forever coming to adjust me) and he says yeah now I can tell people we slept together and winked. Business practices are questionable at best, and the service and facility leave much to be desired. I went to Dr. Gamble only because he was in-network, but over 5 years later, come to find out his office never billed my insurance company and has billed me almost $300 per visit and filed a small claims case claiming I received funds from my insurance company for his services, which simply isn't the case. Not only was the service poor, but the shock of dealing with such an unreasonable situation so many years later is unbelievable. Save yourself the bad experience and find a competent chiropractic office that treats people with the courtesy they deserve. read more

Great experience. Used a Groupon. Only issue is that I called at least 5 times and no answer(left 3 voicemails over a span of 2 weeks.) Finally got a call back and scheduled on a Saturday (yay, for those who work m-f.) Massage was great. I was skeptic about the chiropractic adjustment included in the Groupon. In the past, I've gone to new chiropractors where I've been pressured/ pitched very expensive services and Was pleasantly surprised with how candid/honest the chiropractor was. He didn't try to force expensive x-rays or services, was incredibly knowledgeable, and recommended a monthly adjustment on my spine. It was very refreshing. Both my partner and I will return in the future. Only suggestion to management would be to please have additional employees available to answer phone calls/questions/available to make appointments. A customer shouldn't have to incessantly call just to get on the calendar! read more

I bought a Groupon package over a year ago (I bought a few similar packages as well) and Dr. Gamble gave me the absolute best adjustment! I have been a regular patient since then. He is also the only Doctor who has been able to help alleviate my vertigo. After the adjustment he has the most high tech massage chair imaginable to sit in. Cristiana is very good and I highly recommend you ask for her when getting a massage. She is a seeker and destroyer when it comes to knots. If you think you're going to get a great massage and a professional choropractic treatment think again. I received my license as a massage therapist over 30 years ago and I have to tell you the therapists who work for Dr, (and I use this term loosely) Gamble do not know what they are doing, I purchased one of their packages so I could try different therapists and decide who I felt was best for me. Of the five therapists I tried they ranged from no pressure at all to deep tissue that left me feeling buised. I swear they all learned from the same teacher who taught them very little. By the way you will only receive a 50 minute massage at best and sometimes not even that. When I practiced a 60 minute massage meant 60 minutes. As for Dr. Gamble he is the most ineffective chiropractor I have ever received treatment from. He does not track your treatments. He makes the same adjustments every visit without asking you what is bothing you or assessing the situation. You are in and out in a matter of minutes. I have been to several chiropractors over the years and every one required me to fill out paperwork identifying my current condition and where i felt pain. read more

I have been thru a lot of sports injuries, couple car accidents and several chiropractors. I decided to by a package on Groupon because I had heard good reviews and was in desperate need of a good body cracking. First of all my massage was not the 60 minutes which is what I was paying for. Not sure if the lady was inexperienced or what but the my whole body was sore and felt bruised for about a good week, the day right after I was not comfortable walking but was also in a lot of pain while laying down, which is something I've never felt before after a massage. This was the first time I had ever been to a chiropractor and I was in there for less than five minutes and he quickly cracked my neck and said I was done, however the pain I was going in for was my back, which later got fixed elsewhere. The worst experience I've ever had with a Chiropractor! I have had excellent results with other Chiropractors. Dr Gamble does the same treatment on everyone person I saw him meet with. And I had to tell the 'massage therapist' NO several times when she kept asking to massage my butt. Furthermore, I've been going to chiropractors for 20 years....this is not a chiropractor. Intense neck pain for a week. Impaired my ability to sleep, take care of kids/chores and work. Dr. Gamble's office got me in the day I called. Clean waiting and exam rooms. Pleasant staff. Covid precautions followed. Dr. Gamble was fantastic. I've been to plenty of chiropractors over the years. Some push x-rays and extra treatments - he didn't. Exam was 10+/- minutes which I thought was appropriate for my neck issue. He followed up with CBD cream on neck and brief deep massage. A heat pillow and then moved on. Adjustment was INSTANT RELIEF. I came back next day (today) for a follow up - my choice. And for the first time in a week I can drive without pain, I don't feel like I'm carrying bricks on my shoulders and I'm no longer shoveling ibuprofen in my mouth. I bought the Dr. G's CBD cream it's instantly soothing. The smell is pleasant unlike tiger balm or ben gay and works better. Dr. Gamble is educated, experienced and has all the cool equipment and techniques. Highly recommend. read more

FYI!! I made an appointment with this office. I made sure they were in my insurance network which they were. I even double checked with the girl that made my appointment and she also verified that they are in network with ASH. When I arrived I have the girl my DL and insurance card. I filled out all the paperwork and took it back up to the desk at which point the girl said they needed $95. I informed her that my copay is only $15. She then said well we don't know if you have coverage or not and that when they find out that then they would pay me back my money. I let her know that she can verify online on ASH's website and she nonchalantly said she couldn't at this time. I'm the wrong person to try to BS. I bill insurance everyday and use ASH's website several times a day. In fact I was on the website just prior to going to my appointment so I know the website was working. I am filing a complaint with my insurance as well as with ASH. When a Chiropractor is in network with insurance company's there are rules they must abide by. I know for a fact they are not allowed to charge you more then your copay at the time of service. They have violated their contract. Please beware and don't pay more then your copay. I will be looking for a more competent practice with a competent front office staff. Do yourself a favor DON'T GO HERE!! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Disorganized, unprofessional Chiropractor and staff. The staff will tell you all of their personal issues - including how the dr never pays them or their paycheck bounced. Don't go there especially if you were in an accident or expect your bill to be outrageously padded. And you won't be able to settle your case until you agree to pay the egregious and suspicious charges. The behavior borderlines if not being blatant malpractice.
