They do great job and smell good and they seems really nice here. The only thing they don't have is self served that complainers, to vacuum your car, you gotta have someone do it for you. read more

I was a long time monthly membership club member. I joined the day they took over for the car wash that was there before them. Last month while going through the car wash my car was damaged. I met with the GM/owner Joseph, and he was not helpful at all in reimbursing me for the damage. I wasn't expecting a full reimbursement, but they just offered to refund me a month's bill. The damage was over $500 and they offered a refund of $25. Needless to say, I was very disappointed that they didn't stand behind their product more. I've told as many people as I can to avoid them, but if I can change somebody's mind on here that's thinking about joining to go somewhere else, it will make it worth while. Please avoid! read more

Do not use this car wash. My husband took our vehicles through this car wash and their car wash damaged his truck. The car washed themselves took full responsibility, but their claims department refuses to put the parts back on the truck that are originally on the truck that are damaged. Trying to reach out to the CEO we got no response. The claims department has a generic email and they refuse to CC us on emails to the body shop. She's refusing to proceed with the claim. Her statement to the body shop was she can proceed prior to getting an estimate with aftermarket parts and there are not aftermarket parts currently on the vehicle. They hit the emergency stop when the truck was being picked up, so the car wash knew they damaged the truck. They took full responsibility for damage to the hood but now they're refusing to pay the $1900 to fix the vehicle. They would rather end up paying more because we won't accept aftermarket parts Never use this car wash because while they'll take responsibility, they want to fix it cheaply and not put the vehicle back to the way it was. Their headquarters are based out of Arizona and they don't respond. They have now responded stating they will only pay for the after market part, a 400.00 difference. They would rather loose business from a bad review and as we now are considering legal action a day in court over just fixing it right. BEWARE don't use this company! They are not honest and I hope someone in cooperate sees this to understand how much a simple correct fix could have saved them. read more

I've been a member since 2022 and went here faithfully every week. Recently, I went through the wash behind a pickup truck and came out with a crack running all the way up my windshield. I went in with no preexisting damage and filed a claim with Mister Car Wash immediately after. They denied my claim, saying the damage was "preexisting" and that they reviewed the cameras. After going home, I thoroughly inspected my car to confirm, and there were no specks, chips, or circle cracks from a pebble that would indicate prior damage. If it had been preexisting, I would not place fault on Mister Car Wash, but in this case, it clearly was not. Now, I'm stuck paying a $500 deductible to replace my windshield for something that happened in their wash. Needless to say, I'll be cancelling my membership. read more

Staff were very friendly but after leaving I noticed numerous scratch marks on the top of my drivers side hood. There were also the same marks on my passenger front wheel cover. I am extremely disappointed and won't be returning. read more

Wow took a flyer because I need a quick clean up. $40 later with no less than 5 people touching the vehicle and the below pictures are what I was left with. Would have been easier to do it myself. No attention to detail dirt left everywhere complete and absolute waste of time and money stay as far away from this place as you can. This place is not a serious business. read more

This carwash is two seconds from my work and I finally stopped by to try it! I am a slacker when it comes to washing my car but today...it was so dirty I couldn't wait another minute. I pulled up and was totally unsure what their process was. The girl who came to help me was super friendly and explained all of the pricing and packages they had to offer. I opted for one of the lower level basic washes as it is supposed to rain again this week. This car wash has you sit in your vehicle as you go through. It was rather quick today as there was no line. I got my wash and used the express exit at the end as I did not need the inside of my car cleaned. I am happy with the service I received and am definitely considering signing up for an unlimited monthly membership. read more

Some time ago I thought I would come by again to see how Mr. Car Wash is doing. While they sent me a courteous message via Yelp after my review and emailed me, they did nothing about the poor service last time: for example a free car wash with a positive attitude like: We'll get it right next time! The first thing I did was talk with Jackie. Jackie asked if I wanted to tip the employees BEFORE they did the car wash. Interesting business strategy. I said no thank you; I'd prefer to see if the car looks good; and that the social media reviews for this car wash weren't great in terms of service and tipping policy so I'd rather wait on the tipping; I usually provide a generous tip at the end. Her reply? People can always go to a different car wash; some people like to tip in advance (really?) (Q: if you don't tip in advance, will they do a worse job than if you did?) Jackie charged me for 10 mats instead of 8. When I brought it up she acknowledged her mistake but didn't provide a refund then walked away to help a new customer. I stood there waiting but she didn't make any effort to help so I walked away. I asked her again for the refund and told her I would be inside the building waiting but she never showed up. Paid for an exterior plus, no interior work. They were faster than I anticipated looking at reviews, but the exterior only line seems to move really fast compared to the full service. Three stars because quality of the wash was only mediocre. I will need to touch up a variety of places, and the tire shine I paid for left no shine. read more

They are like the fast food of car wash there's always a little something that's not perfect but because they have that service for 60 something dollars I'll just go back to next day to get that little issue fixed. For example, I forgot to vacuum my trunk went back the next day, not an issue. I see a lot of people complaining that they are slow but I prefer them to slow down to make sure it's a thorough job well done rather than to rush through it and make mistakes. read more

My family has come here for years and I've watched the customer service plummet year after year. We pay the monthly fee and have for years, even though they do a poor job. The proximity to our home is what has kept us here. I dropped our membership to the one that only covers the exterior bc that's what I usually get anyway... I decided that I wanted an interior wash that I would pay the additional $10. Today was my first day back in a few months and I decided to get my interior cleaned for $10... only to learn that it has now increased to $15 additional!! I had to ask for a rag to wipe my seats down as usual... No one attempted to even wipe down my seats or doors. The mats were muddy and I asked if I could get them cleaned- this was an additional $2.00. Lastly, now the customer has to drive the car through the wash and not the worker. I guess next, the customer will be asked to pay for us to wash our own cars!! Today is the END OF THE ROAD FOR ME!!! I have to find a new car wash!! read more

I have been coming here for over two years. I recently had my tires rotated and they noticed a chunk was missing from my front tire as well as my wheel being bent. While in the wash, my car got stuck. It made a screeching noise as the machine tried to pull my car forward. It turns out that the fork that moves your car throughout the wash grabbed onto my tire and ripped off a piece of it while also creating a slash in it and bending my wheel. I since have had my wheel rotated so that it does not cause any additional damage. The sad part is that these are brand new wheels and tires and have less than 10k miles on them. Hopefully with being a member for over two years and essentially paying them over $800 will encourage them to replace my wheel/tire. read more

This was absolutely the worst car wash I've ever gotten. I paid $41 for the top of the line "platinum" interior and exterior service on our car, and after waiting 25 minutes, the car came back almost untouched inside. They didn't wipe anything but part of the dashboard, left the side skirts, seats and doors filthy, and there were fingerprints all over the door. They also put in the wrong scent. Would urge anyone to rethink their decision to go to Mister, and go elsewhere. You will get a better wash by paying $20 to a kid next door, or even by opening the doors and letting a swift wind run through the car. read more

I stopped in today to do the $10 express wash and got up sold to the $20 wash with wheel polish and tire shine. The staff was very informative and friendly. However, I've had better washes at a gas station for 2/3 of the price I paid today. For $20 I'd have expected to have had my car hand dried and the tire shine to actually cover my tires. Nope, they don't hand dry "exterior washes" only interior and exterior? This is the "tire shine" on 1 side of my car the other side is completely dry. Better than expected! This place was a little out of the way but being from Utah, I was familiar with this chain. I had a mishap eating my lunch and spilled an entire small can of old old bay in my car... I rushed to Mister, thinking it was drive thru car wash and self vacuum only to be shocked when they instructed me to get out of my vehicle and assured me that they would handle everything. If you've ever had a pile of old bay sitting on your center car console, you know how awkward it can be to let strangers see such a sight. However I put my car in the hands of the Mister employees and they did not disappoint! When I got back in my car, I saw no trace of old bay, end even more importantly, I didn't smell a trace of it either!!! Very good service for the price. read more

I live about an hour away and stopped on the way through. Wash was OK. Tire shine was good on one side and not the other. When I went to put my bag in my truck this morning I noticed that they never put my passenger front weathertech mat back in. I have been calling back to back for the past 45 minutes or more and no one is answering the phone. The very few employees are moving so incredibly slowly and it appears that not all the vacuums are work. I paid top dollar $36 for service today and will have to do the interior of my car on my own because of the terrible job!! $1 per mat extra charge- no thanks. They clearly didn't bother to remove them to vacuum either. Did not wipe down the doors - or cup holders - they didn't even bother to wipe out consoles in the doors or remove the handful of "trash". The attendant said - oh. I didn't see it. Really?I would have stayed to talk to a manager but I was pressed for time after being there for 45 mins! Mask mandate is over with in Anne Arundel county and since this is a private business they still make you wear a mask in the lobby when it's 20 degrees outside which is complete bullshit. I cancelled my subscription which I've been a member of for almost 8 years. I will find a car wash that doesn't mandate a fucking mask even when the state and local government doesn't require it. Slow and half add at drying and when you ask for freshener it's usually sprayed on items in your car. I found a cheaper car wash and I can breath normally when sitting in the lobby. read more

I paid for my Honda Pilot to have the platinum wash, clean the interior, and the front mats cleaned. It took 25 minutes for us to get our car started because they didn't have anyone to move the vehicles. We went inside and there's a guy not wearing a mask.. the only reason I'm giving a star is because they told him to wear a mask or step outside. We get our car and the back row hasn't been vacuumed out, the windows clearly aren't cleaned because I can still see the smudges from my German shepherd, and the dash hasn't been wiped down. I'm not sure what was going on today, but this was a total miss. I guess I'm going to look for another car wash business if this is what you pay for. read more

We are monthly subscribers and when we started the store inside had more items. They've taken out the computers, seating, and inventory, made the front desk smaller, and downsized a bit. Not a bad thing, but kind of does take away from the "higher end" feel of the place. Regarding the cleaning - I had a '17 Toyota Camry Hybrid when I started my acct there and for the most part they did great. A few times I had to ask them to rewipe windows or I had to clean them because they were really streaky (inside), there was a stain on the seat that didn't get wiped at all, and the center console needed a better cleaning. Once the was left some buffable marks on the car. I have a Sonata now and I don't care so much about the exterior as it was used and has some dents and dings. I wish there was a 4.5 star option but I have to take off one star because Of the interior "cleaning". The seats should at least be wiped down. Windows should be streak free, and certainly should Be able to be seen through at night when the oncoming lights hit the windshield. I chalk it up to teenagers working vs massive failings or anything. :) I'm still a member-so there's that. read more

On Tuesday, 20JUl21at 2pm I went to this establishment for the first time to receive an interior and exterior car cleaning. I requested the Platinum Package ($36) which would be a big mistake. Interior: The backseats of the car remained visibly stained with juice/milk/ and candy from my children. This would have been an easy cleaning but the interior cleaning crew skipped it and only fixed it once instructed to do so upon final review of the vehicle. The front seats of the car and dashboard also remained filthy. At this point I instructed the cleaning crew to at least attempt to wipe dust and crumbs off the seats and dashboard. Exterior: The outside of the car remained stained with smudges and dirt streaks which forced my to ask the employees to please re-engage several areas of the vehicle. I considered a refund of the $36 service I paid for but I did not believe it was worth the time from a professional car cleaning service. I keep going to Mister Car Wash in Millersville because it's close by but I continue to be underwhelmed, not disappointed necessarily but not truly happy with the service. The service is good, friendly staff but I feel that they rush through cleaning the interior of my car even though I am paying for the top interior package. The inside store has cute trinkets for gifts, is clean, and offers fresh popcorn and coffee. read more
