When we gave the gift to our friend we cracked it open to play it and the Wii would not read it no matter what we tried. This was not an error on the console's part as our copy and other games were readable. I do not feel these guys are willing to exchange them as they uphold their policy of no returns or exchanges but they advertise that they test the product as well. I'm not a fan and I wouldn't be back. It's just a shame they are the sole retro game spot for long island and NY.

It's such a fun throw back experience. The staff is very friendly and helpful, bordering on superlative (with the exception of one grumpy man, you know who you are). Great place for fans of all ages. Definitely a place I like to stop by once a week and look forward to the new things they're always putting out.

They also retrofit the older consoles so they hook up to modern televisions. The staff is very knowledgeable. So if you're looking for something specific, ask them! They know their product. Also check out their museum pieces. I saw a Game and Watch in their museum I was dying to get my hands on. They're not for sale but they are fun to see. I hope this new store strives and is around for years to come. It's nice to have a retro gaming store a few miles from my home. Time to add that Colecovision to my collection. ;)

The store is bright and clean, which got me to stay and shop longer. They were running a buy 3 get 1 free, if it was under $9. I picked a $10 game, and asked if I could just pay the extra dollar, and they said yes. So customer service was great and friendly. I will be visiting again in the future.

It's a really neat shop to browse, especially for early gaming systems. It is a throwback shop that definitely makes you go "omg! I totally forgot about this game!" For nostalgia purposes, this is an awesome store!!
