This place could have potential but so many of the challenge rooms had such poor instruction that we had no clue what to do once the timer started and lost our points. Halfway through our session we just started giving up. My kids had fun in the rooms that were more self explanatory but way too many were not. I feel it was a waste of money to go. read more

Unfortunately the worst escape room I've ever done. We lost a lot of time because a clue mechanism was not working. The employee was very unprofessional and crass. She even grabbed a child in our group during the rules explanation. When I mentioned the mechanism she just gaslit me. Otherwise, one of the puzzles was very far-fetched. You're supposed to trace from one end of a map through to the other with a wand like a maze to release an object. This is a cool idea, but there's no symbology or clues to suggest the map is a maze, and the starting point is a symbol that you're instructed to only tap with your wand during rules explanation. Anyways, we were rolling our eyes the entire room and left upset with how the employee spoke to us. Best to avoid this place. read more

Sweet Potato was our lead and she has a really poor attitude. It was New Years day, seemed like she didn't want to be there and was pissed we were there. We also were put in the wrong room. We had a 2 year old with us and she kept telling him to stay off the furniture (really?). Highly recommend this place! My fiancé and I did the police station escape room a few months ago. It was just the right level of difficulty for us. We used a few hints, but did escape with a few minutes remaining. Yesterday, We decided to try the VR escape room with our in-laws (they've also done a few escape rooms). We tried the space station one. It was fairly easy to solve, and we all were surprised when we solved it in 30 minutes with no hints. We knew that the VR wouldn't be as complicated, but I think I prefer the complexity of the real escape room. Our game master Sweet Potato was very helpful and even helped me capture the memory by recording a part of the game on my phone. We've all gotten a good laugh at how silly we look. If you're looking for an entertaining, less stressful time, definitely try the VR. If you're looking to challenge your brain, go with a traditional escape room. YES!!! YES, YES, YES! This was our first experience in an escape room. I surprised one of my friends for his Birthday with this event, and my 20-year old son came too. It was the three of us. Location: Finding the place was a little hard at first. you're expecting a stand-alone building, or at least a store-front - but that's not what you'll get. It's literally located inside like a doctor's office building where there's one main entrance with numerous offices inside. It's located directly behind the Burger King. Look for the address, that's the key, because you won't really see a sign or anything. Inside/Employees: Once there, there was a few people working the front desk. We were greeted kindly, offered to use restroom before we began, shown where to hang up our coats/purses, etc. We were given an overview of how it worked and walkie-talkies in case we needed hints. The experience in itself was SO FUN!! We were two clues away from winning, but honestly didn't care. it was so much fun trying. You're given one hour. The room was setup great. It was clean. Employees were friendly and fun. We can't wait to go back and try another room!!! I believe they have like 4 different rooms to try. I liked our group of 3. I'm not sure how many more i'd want in a room before it gets too chaotic. Three was a good number to work together, yet still have space to explore on your own. When we go back next time we'll have 4, so ill be curious to see the difference in the dynamic. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! Bubbles is the BEST gamemaster ever! Truth. Came with a group of 6 on a school night for some Thursday fun and had a blast. We started the night with the newest of the rooms, School of Magic, which is a Harry Potter-themed room where you try to find the Alchemist Stone. They really pulled out all the stops to make the room feel like you're in a room at Hogwarts, from the puzzles and Harry-Potter decor, all the way down to the flooring and walls which the owner said they specially ordered from a company that does walls for movie sets! The room itself was pretty magical, and I thought the puzzles were a really good challenge, we definitely were not able to get through it without a little help from our gamemaster, however Bubbles has said as of yet no team has made it through without any clues. Challenge? We had so much fun we ended up doing another room, The Law Breakers, which they said was designed by some of the guys that were there when we got there (it seems like either a family or family/friends-run kind of place). The premise is to find a piece of incriminating evidence, however you're doing it in the dark with flashlights! It was pretty cool, and again the puzzles were a good challenge. Overall a good time to be had here, you can really tell a lot of time, thought, and effort went into each of the rooms, and prices are very reasonable compared to other escape rooms. Be sure to reserve online, and I think as of right now on their Yelp page there's a Yelp discount. They send you a waiver to fill out beforehand (or there if you forget). When you get there park and enter at the Professional Building (it's in there among the dentist offices). The gamemaster (ask for Bubbles!) guides you to the room, explains the premise and rules (please follow them), and provides you with the things you need to start including a walkie talkie to communicate with the gamemaster and ask for help if you need it. Will definitely be back to try the VR escape room! It looked so cool but only allows 4 people at a time. read more

I had such a good time here! It was just me and the hubs for a date night. I didn't know what to expect, as this was my first time doing anything like this. The first puzzle was probably the hardest because we didn't know what we were looking at. But once we got that, the ball started rolling. It was really a cool way to be interactive together and work together. Not your average date night for sure, but it far exceeded our expectations! At first I was a little hesitant about this escape room because it didn't look so appealing. Going inside I was like "wtf, this is a doctors office". I was confused until I was met with a worker and she lead me the escape room lounge. A little iffy about it. We checked in and Jesus received us and explained what he had to. Using a few clues to find the picture of a person that incriminates him, the mystery was solved! It was a fun experience and turned out to be an fun first tome doing an escape room! No Escape was the first escape room that some of us have ever done and it was an amazing experience that I highly recommend to everyone! Don't let the office building facade deceive you. This business does not hold back on details when it comes to their escape rooms. Our game master/leader was Professor Sparkles and she helped guide us through this amazing immersive adventure. There was no limit to hints but being the stubborn group that we are we tried to keep them sparse and evenly dispersed. When we did need some assistance she was the most helpful and definitely knew exactly what to say! There were so many fun interactive puzzles and games that really kept us on our toes and had us jumping for joy when we figured something out that had another game changing moment. We went as a family outing on Christmas Eve. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. The VR experience (Space Ration) was fun and not impossible. The free 10 minute horror experience was pretty cool too! I get dizzy very easily and this did not cause ANY dizziness at all. The equipment is a bit heavy to wear, but they do their very best to strap it on so it's as comfortable as possible. Andrew was our game master and he was very attentive and helpful, without giving away too much information at a time. We tried the Medieval VR room (3 adults with decent Escape Room experience but never a VR room) - we had a blast!! It was easy to get the hang of and our group consisted of 2 heavy gamers and one casual gamer, so I don't think much video game experience would be required to play. None of us had any VR experience. Our game room master, Chris, was great and got us suited up and ready to go in no time. I would strongly recommend wearing a light t shirt. The VR backpacks do get warm after a while, but they were never heavy or uncomfortable. None of our group had any motion sickness or problems moving around. The sensitivity of the hand wands was very good and none of us had any problems grabbing items or using them. The boundaries of the room were very clear and we never ran into each other or the walls. The room was a good mix of puzzles, there were three "levels" to get through and it was fun figuring out how to advance through each challenge. It's not immediately clear right away, so try different things until you figure it out. It was good to have 3 people. 2 might have been trickier and 4 may have been a bit cramped. The location is a little tricky to find but it's in the building cluster west of the banquet hall building south of the Burger King. It looks like you're going into the dentist's office but you'll see the company name on the door and building directory inside. We all had a great time and would certainly do a VR room again! read more

Escape room was average compared to the other ones I've been to, but what really threw it off was the reception at the front desk when we first arrived. The host looked like she just rolled out of bed, wearing lounge clothes and sweats and flip flops as she was walking us to our escape room down the hall. When we got there, she said she would be the "host" - which threw us off, because she really wasnt dressed for the part, nor did she speak on the walkie-talkie as IN CHARACTER. The walkie-talkie kept going in and out and it was hard to understand. Overall, I think it would make a night and day difference if the person who is supposed to be playing a "role" in the escape had some kind of acting background, or had a passion for the theatrics. It just seemed like a part-time job. Will probably check out other ones before going back to this one... especially when the one we went to with Zombies and Train wreck were so much more elaborate where the characters were really believable and into it. Sorry, just my honest opinion. I hope they improve and succeed. read more

Absolutely the worse experience. We booked almost 7 weeks ago, received a confirmation the night before, showed up with all of our people only to find that they closed the business(not sure if temporary or not) without any notification, no refund(over $200), not even a sign on the door. We had to call and leave a message as no one was taking live calls, received a call back apologizing and not offering any refund except to say they will see if they can provide a refund once they know what they are doing( I am guessing if they file bankruptcy or reopen). We understand the challenges during Covid but to not even save us a 45 minute trip for several cars of people to inform us they would not be honoring our scheduled appointment but were happy to take our money in full prior to booking. DO not ever go here!!! read more

Came here for a company outing. We did the Lawbreakers and Police Station rooms. The staff overall were really amiable. I don't recall our GameMaster's name, but he was super nice. (Mike/Derrick/Max maybe, he had short black hair and a full beard and mustache) I can't recommend the Police Station room in its current state. It wasn't terrible, but it shouldn't be considered a premium room, especially for the price they charge. Getting into character with orange outfits was fun, but the overall ambiance of the room was lackluster. Please add background sounds or music to the room. Some of the decorations/props don't fit the police station experience either. The website's pictures are also very misleading. It was awkward. I would also get rid of the huge furniture and add more desks to make it look like an actual office. We got out of the room in less than 20 minutes. Lawbreakers was a MUCH BETTER experience. While not exactly an "escape" per say, the room itself is state of the art. The entire room is in the dark. We got to use flashlights to investigate. There was an actual ambiance - sounds, background music, etc. Without spoiling too much, the room uses a lot of professional "hollywood" style effects that really made the experience a blast from start to finish. We escaped this room in roughly 50ish minutes. This should be the premium experience advertised on site. We were given previews of the VR and magical escape rooms. I am curious to go back and try these rooms, but I hope they aren't as shoddy as the Police Station room. Overall, No Escape was a fun experience that brought our company together. We all came together as a solid team, we escaped both rooms, and the experience did its job in uniting all of us. It was especially fun seeing how the team changes in certain situations. So thank you for that! Four stars for amiable staff and the amazing Lawbreakers experience. One star off for the misleading Police Station escape. Suggestions for Improvement: - Fix the Police Station Room. It needs more TLC. I can't recommend anyone go to this room until they address the problems I mentioned above. Add more ambiance to the room through background music and sound effects. The Police Station itself is just a difficult theme to do with the actual size of the room. Perhaps change the theme or story? Have the GameMaster be more in character. That room has so much potential. ALSO don't trick customers with the stock police station photos on your website. That's extremely misleading. Having done a similar room - there's so much potential to be had here with the Police Station room - and my experience, at least, fell flat. If the Police Station room gets the TLC it needs, I will gladly update my review in the future. - The Lawbreakers Room was nearly perfect. My only suggestion is adding a little more ambiance (background music, sound effects). read more

Came here about 6 months ago and did the escape Room which was awesome ! We had a group of 6 and had a great time. The room was challenging and it was in the dark which gave it a cool atmosphere. Came back last night and did the virtual reality room. Honestly wasn't too crazy about it. Made me very dizzy and it just wasn't fun. It was definitely an experience but it wasn't for me. We did the medieval theme. The glasses kept going blue so you couldn't see anything and I kept losing my hands which made is difficult to grab things. We will definitely be back but will most likely avoid the virtual reality room. This place is great and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area looking to go to an escape room. read more

Our second escape room but this was our first virtual reality experience. We had a family of 4 (2 adults / 2 teens) and the VR room was private for just our group, which to me is a must. We did the space ship room and I have to say it is completely realistic, the VR is done very well. Jesus was our guide and he was helpful... for the VR room they are in the room with you but beyond the walls the game is played in... if that makes sense. The virtual room itself is cubed off and Jesus clearly gives instructions not to go beyond the walls (which you will really are not inclined to do anyway since the room does feel like real walls are there) In the spaceship room itself the floor has large square portals that view the earth as you are flying from above... very cool and disconcerting at the same time... lol... I kept going around them since you really do "feel" like you would fall through the glass if you walked on them. Of course the windows/glass are not really there... but amazingly realistic. There are 2 rooms involved, it really is the same room but changes in VR to outside the spaceship for the second half. I would have to say compared to our first non VR escape room the puzzles were simpler, but I think they need to be since the VR in itself takes more time as you grab things with your virtual hands and are just naturally more clumsy because of it. We finished about 15 minutes before most we were told, so it did seem kinda quick but so worth the time and extra expense to have the experience. After trying their lawbreakers room, I was left with a much worse taste in my mouth. The school of magic room, after some thought honestly the puzzles aren't that satisfying. If anything some were overly difficult and not in a good way, just impossible to solve or find. The lawbreakers room, I thought had a distasteful intro where the "secret" 2nd room was revealed right away and some components already had the numerical codes already written on them. I have done about 30 rooms to date, lawbreakers ranks in bottom 5. School of magic has great components, absolutely worth a try...but it wasn't an overly satisfying room either. This was a birthday party for an 11 year old. Booking was easy. Signing online waivers even easier. I loved that they sanitized between groups. Even though a couple people arrived late they allowed them into the rooms to join the rest of the groups. Facility very clean and organized. Only trouble we had at first was finding the door in. Im saddened to have to write a negative review to a place I was really looking forward to going. I had made a reservation to do one of the escape rooms and unfortunately found out that we tested positive for Covid-19. During my booking I did not purchase cancelation insurance due to the fact that I wasn't planning on getting sick..... When I called to explain our unfortunate situation, the gentleman that I spoke with was not very accommodating and told me that in order to reschedule they will charge me a $30 fee. He compared it to a sporting event that if you buy tickets and you don't attend you loose your money; this isn' a sporting event, its an activity like bowling or top golf, cancelation shouldn't be an issue with activities because they always get rebooked. Look I understand its not fair but, getting sick with a virus that has caused a world-wide pandemic isn't fair either. This could have been easily resolved if they made an exception and just rescheduled my reservation without trying to get more money out of me. Because of this you guys lost me as a customer and the positive word of mouth to my friends and colleagues. read more

The concept behind the room we went through was good, we had some major issues overall with the experience. We were able to have a date night recently and decided we were going to start of the night with an escape room. Had looked at a few places and landed upon No Escape because of the time available and that it was for as few as 2 people with a plus that they would not randomly pair you with other groups. The website does not do a very good job of explaining what the level of difficulty is for each room nor does it mention the % that escape. We ended up signing up for the Law Breakers room. Wife and I had only done one escape room before and told the gamemaster that at the beginning. I will not ruin the room for anyone else but it is EXTREMELY difficult. You are allowed unlimited clues. We were able to figure out zero items without a clue and sometimes even needed multiple clues on the same item. My rating is not based on the fact we couldn't escape. My rating is based on a few things. As mentioned above they did not disclose at any point that it was an advanced room and there is no way we would have ever signed up for that. The gamemaster was also not very cognizant of how we were doing. While I understand not wanting to help out too much, we were 20 minutes into the room without having figured out a single thing. They knew how much was left and that it would be impossible to make any signficant progress without a little hint. Yes, they said there were unlimited hints but we had no idea how much was left. I also feel like they misrepresented that the room is for as few as two. I can't imagine anyone escaping that room with only 2 unless they are asking for hints every minute, and even then I don't like their changes. The other rooms may be fun and reasonable, I would not recommend Law Breakers unless you have done a lot of escape rooms or are a sadist. read more
