The other watch was my dad's watch that he gave to me shortly before he passed away. They listened to me tell them a little bit about the watch and my dad, and found the problem right away. It has a massive selection and the all employees are helpful and friendly. Honestly I think the prices are similar to other places but just know that they do not give you a refund for something you bring back. They will give you store credit or you can exchange it for something at same value. I do appreciate them taking music as a trade or credit. I had a CD from 2017 that I bought and never opened. I received some credit for it, better than it sitting in my cabinet unopened and unplayed. I also really think it is cool listening to a new album on release day. They have listening parties now!
