First thing I've got to say is that these guys are easily a 5 Star business - and then some. I am fairly new to all things pinball and I ordered a machine from Gameroom Gallery. Michael was super patient with me and answered all my silly, nagging questions with an infectious enthusiasm. Super nice and kind. You can just tell these guys love what they are doing and it sure shows. Before shipping Michael sent me a couple of videos of the table being used. Once the pinball machine arrived at my place, I was super impressed to see how well it had been packaged and protected. Once I had it all set up and in place I had some more minor questions which Mike all answered instantly, he even sent out a couple of parts which turns out I needed. The customer service these guys provide is just amazing. I was worried about purchasing such an expensive item, especially online, but Michael and company took all my worries away. Ok there is not another place like this in So. Calif.! Game Room Gallery sells pinball machines, Olhausen pool tables, used pool tables, poker tables, shuffleboards-yes the REAL ones, foosball. air hockey, neon signs, gold record art work, Rockola jukeboxes plus classic 45 rpm jukeboxes and antique slot machines. When you walk through the door you are met by Zoltar the fortune teller from the movie "Big" Another step in and you are met by a butler dressed in a tux offering candy from a silver tray. They always have at least 7 or 8 pinball machines to test out and Ms. pac man is always in the house. They have a pretty big area where they fix what they sell. a cool place to browse. A bit off the trail, but easy to find. Nice people there. read more

1st pool table I ever bought ! I was recommended by a friend who had a house in the desert to work with Mike the owner (I was looking on-line). I showed Mike what I was looking at and he immediately knew exactly what is was and even saved me money. I had the table installed within the next week by his staff who were very helpful and courteous. The table was exactly what I wanted ! I went to see Mike at the gallery a month later to buy a bridge but all he cared about was if I was happy and having fun with new table. He gave me the bridge no charge. Gameroom Gallery is awesome. They've got everything you could possibly want, and totally cater to the fan of nostalgia. Pool tables, pinball machines, arcade games (they even have classics like PacMan, Ms Pacman, Gallaga, DIG DUG!), music memorabilia, movie memorabilia, sports memorabilia... their showroom in Thousand Palms is truly unique. You have to go in. They're the only place like it in the Coachella Valley. Great people too... they work with you to make fun work for your budget, which in these times is totally helpful. Wow! The service is just the best! I own pinball machines and video games. Micheal, Kim and Ken are always helpful. The staff of nine are all knowledgeable and friendly. I have bought, sold and had repaired pinball machines and video games. Gameroom galley also has items for a Gameroom my friends or I would need. GG has pool tables, sports items, and darts. Gameroom has football, college teams, baseball, hockey, all sports items to decorate a gameroom, office, living room or any room. They pick up and deliver!! I met Michael by chance. I was staying at a friend's home in the lower desert and accidentally, one of my young grandchildren broke the tip of a pool stick at my buddies house. I googled "billiard repair near me" and on the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, Michael not only answered his business/cell phone, he guided me there to his awesome shop. NASTY people work here - the woman answering the phone is rude and must have worked in the Soviet Union in a prior life, completely worthless and when I indicated that the pinball machine I purchased from them recently broke - she pretty told me to F off and would not honor warranty.
