For one f#ck that dude Larry and Tony, took my Xbox for simple hdmi fix, these guys then proceed to not call me or update me at all, i then call him he says they're getting it done that it will be done that day for me to go by, i go by they proceed to tell me they haven't even started and are doing it right now, Not even five or ten minutes i get a message from Tony saying he can't do it cause of the damage(check photo), i say cool I can be there tomorrow for it he says okay it will be ready, i go by to retrieve it and he goes on to tell me I may have to wait hours cause he's has to put everything together cause it was disassembled, i take it like that not knowing that he took parts out of my console, only to find out when another fixer is doing it, I am then told what's missing and proceed to call them and Larry( the gibberish guy on the phone) tells me he don't know where it's at that I never gave it to him, i proceed to go over there and argue back and forth with him just for him to go to the back of the store and mysteriously and miraculously finds the parts that I was missing. Got my ps5 hdmi port fixed here. Picked up the next day and played it for 20 mins and it overheated. Never overheated prior to that. So I had to drive all the way back so they could fix the overheating and when I pick it up he says I know have to lay it down when I play? I never had to do that before. Not to mention he didn't offer me any kind of discount for my having to come back to fix their mistake. 180 dollars to fix a hdmi port. I should've just paid Sony 220 and had them fix everything. i went in with my broken xbox one x. The issue with the console was a simple hard-drive repair. The two men told me this. i then got ready to pay, and they told me i only pay on retrieving the "fixed" xbox. these assholes never called me back for MY PROPERTY! so till now, they sold or kept my xbox one x. i would definitely not recommend. as of right now, they are scammers from what i know. I took my old ps3 to Gamers Console Repair because it had stopped working for me. I thought it might be rather futile to take it in, as I was hoping that it might be a blown fuse. The gentleman who owns the shop plugged in my console & noted to me that the HDMI connection was very loose. He mentioned it might the problem. But after a few moments, it started right up. Most places I called said, "Sure bring it in and we can look at it." However, Gamers Console Repair said, "Sure bring it in and we can fix it!" This was on a Sunday when I called them and they explained to me that they would have it fixed for me in a few hours and if they needed to stay late they would to assure I got it back the same day. Even though they are on the other side of town from me, it was well worth the drive. They were professional and friendly and held up their word of a same day fix. Larry is difficult to understand on the phone, and I left every conversation wIth question marks. I took my PS4 Pro in to get fixed following a lightening strike the day after Fathers Day 2019. The PS4 would power on, but no signal to TV. Took my PS4 to Larry who told me no problem. On Monday I was told he is giving his guys a day off because of Fathers Day, so it will be Tuesday. On Tuesday, I was told they worked on it but it will take more time, but Wednesday he lets his guys have off, so it would be Thursday. On Friday I was told they had a part on order and it would be Sunday between 2 and 4 pm and they will install the part. At 4 on Sunday I called and he said they would make "another attempt" at fixing it on Tuesday. A week later my PS4 pro is not fixed and he does not know what's wrong. (I think if it's not a standard fix, then they don't know what to do.) I'm not feeling secure taking anything else to him to fix. For $150, which is what the charge was going to be, I would try and not let a customer leave without being happy and satisfied. In other words, I would do anything I could to have a customer leave happy including taking the $150 and then buying a new one to give to the customer. Why win and lose some, when you can win all of them. Larry scheduled an appointment with me to return my machine, but then made me wait in the parking lot for 45 minutes to get it back, which is not very professional. In the end he didn't charge me for anything, I just don't have an operating PS4 Pro. read more

It's Labor day and I have the day off and I wanted to play some games. My PS3 would not play or read the games when I put them into the console. My PS3 would just make a noise and that was it.
