Great place to find games for decent prices. Staff is helpful and answers my questions honestly. Will keep buying games here.

This location is the very first of its kind and just opened back up after all the changes they made. As a self proclaimed crafty queen and frequent Michaels shopper, I had to pay it a special visit just to check it out. My first thought... yessssssss!!!!!! I see you Michaels, I see you. For starters, same feel. I felt like I was in a Michaels store. It's not like their entire identity changed. It was still familiar, I knew what to look for and where. The flow of the store made sense. I really liked the new flower bouquet and plant area right at the front, along with their party room and upgraded supply section complete with a balloon bar. I'm not a big fan of Party City and goodness, they are giving them a run for their money with this refresh. Lastly, their fabric section certainly got a glow up. I'm not a seamstress and fabric is not my medium of choice, but it's super obvious how much better it is now. I will say that I've noticed the prices are getting a little outta hand for some things. This isn't specific to this Michaels location, but refers to all of them. There's no way I'm paying $25 for a tray because it's trendy right now. Overall, I'm glad they made these changes and are living in 2026 now. I'll definitely be coming to this location more.

Within a few hours we returned with the scan code for returns on the front of the bag. The return wasn't going through and they asked if we bought through Paypal, which we did and has never been a problem anywhere. They said due to that, they had to issue a gift card. I don't shop here regularly, that is of no use to me. Trying to find a customer service option on the main website is near impossible. After looking at the return policy online, it CLEARLY states all purchases made with Paypal will be refunded cash!!! (See pic) I'd like my cash back please because it feels shady that I'm forced into a gift card when your own website says that shouldn't be the case.

The guy at the check out was quick to help unlock a case and ring up my purchase. He said they'd been around for nine years but I have never found them with a search on Apple or Google Maps. I'm glad Gemini suggested it when I asked about toys and collectibles. The items I bought were at a fair price, lower than shown on eBay. The place is on the back/opposite side of the building Apple Maps takes you to.

They've expanded into just about everything which means that there's a bunch of small sections of just random junk in among the RC cars and "collectibles". The smoke alone should be enough to tell any collector that these guys aren't serious and will sell you depreciated junk and call it a collectible. First time I couldn't get anyone's attention to purchase a hobby knife. After about 10 minutes of flatout being ignored while they stocked or talked or whatever they were doing. Second time, they didn't have what I needed, third time I went in saw they wanted $10 for a bottle of paint that was so old it couldn't be mixed back together and walked back out. This place is a train wreck and is less a business than it is "The owner couldn't afford his hobby and thought he could turn it into a business." Which he is utterly failing at.

It was the first time I ever went duck pin bowling and I loved it! The bad: staff was hands down...just kinda angry. I'm not referencing a particular member, I'm referencing nearly all of them. They don't make eye contact, they seem annoyed when you order, they don't watch lines to see who was waiting the longest. We had a situation where one of the garage doors on the first level opened on a cold day, customers were super annoyed, and when I asked someone to close it, they stared at me and didn't say a word. They were just rude. I went to another employee and said, can y'all close that, and they were indifferent as well. I felt like I didn't exist. I went to play a few video games and realized they hadn't been cleaned. I got out quick. The ping pong tables had broken nets and the quarter ball machine wasn't working so people couldn't play. Easy things people! Seriously, you failed on the easiest things to do! Be friendly, use some cleaner, change a ping pong net, fix the vending machine. Conclusion: Wonderful place! Seriously, it is an amazingly fun business model. Either management is failing the staff, or, the staff is failing management. Figure it out and you will find 5 star glory.
