Therefore, the console with a ban on it so it cannot be used. I never have had a Nintendo account and Nintendo verified the ban belonged to someone else. I reported this store to BBB and the response was the same. Now I am $225 out. Should have gone to Best Buy. So very unhappy and BEFORE buying from GameStop check the BBB. It has over 2K complaints for fraud and poor customer service.
