I drove nearly an hour to get there only to find a handwritten paper sign on the door saying they wouldn't be opening until 12:00 PM. Since I had already made the trip, I waited around and wasted time, but nobody ever showed up. Trying to salvage the situation, I drove to the next nearest GameStop location, only to be told they could not fulfill my order. So I drove back to the original store, and even then it still wasn't open. By this point it was 2:00 PM. To make matters worse, customer service informed me they could not cancel my order. So not only did I waste nearly my entire Saturday driving between stores, I was left stuck with an order that nobody seemed capable of fulfilling or canceling. With gas pushing $5 a gallon, this was an expensive and frustrating waste of time. The complete lack of communication, inaccurate store hours, and inability to provide basic customer service is unacceptable. Companies like this wonder why they're losing customers. After this experience, I won't be using GameStop for any future purchases. Amazon has earned my business going forward.

Playing TTRPGs in the large game rooms can be difficult because the sound carries WAY TOO MUCH!…read moreDuring games, it can feel like you need super hearing just to follow what is happening at your own table. Some sound barriers, acoustic panels, or better room separation would make a huge difference. I also wish the store had a clearer focus. They seem to be trying to do a little bit of everything, but some areas feel underdeveloped. They are not really a strong destination for comics; the miniature painting supplies are limited, the other items need better category separation, and the TTRPG offerings could be stronger. Their Sunday D&D one-shots also sell out quickly, and they have in-store gaming waiting lists, which shows there is demand, but not enough space or availability. Pricing can also be on the high side for certain items compared to other options. The store is expanding, which could be a great opportunity. However, I hope the expansion improves the actual play experiences and gives more attention to TTRPG events, sound control, and product focus. More space alone will not solve the issue if the store continues trying to cover too many categories without doing any one of them especially well.

So here's a re-post of the same review which applies to THIS address/location.] Movie Warehouse is tucked in a strip mall between a liquor store and Pizza Hut. Get some booze, pizza, and movies -- you're good for the night. You can rent recent releases, older films, and video games. The collection of older films is quite small, but there's a few gems here. Mainly, I just see a lot of recent movies available. Around the shop are some used movies for sale, too. I haven't really paid attention to rental prices because I haven't paid the few times I've been here, but I heard about $3 a night. I think that's a bit high, but perhaps Redbox has me spoiled? What I find odd are the tanning beds. The tanning beds themselves aren't odd, but mixed in with a movie rental place? What? I guess you can bake a bit before grabbing a flick for a night in. I believe I saw about four or five tanning bed rooms and packages are about $20-30/month. Don't know anything beyond that. I'm more of a Redbox/movie from the library kind of person, but it's nice to have a rental place with more movie options. Plus, Monday nights are rent one, get one free. Good deal there.

I like art, journaling, and any older magazines that I can use to collage with. I usually look through the art section, cooking section, and the sale section. They also have calendars available. The last time I was in I found some art journal magazines that are $25 new for just a few bucks, you cannot beat that. They also buy books and magazines so if you have any to sell they always have someone at the counter to check them in and then they call your name over the intercom when the have an offer for you. They have record albums and some games as well. Stop in and take a look because you never know what you will find.
