Worst experience ever. Spent about 15min in the the store because I wanted to buy a Nintendo Switch. I'm new to gaming, I know literally nothing about gaming. Right when I went up to the counter to ask for help, the customer told me that the line is in the center. Another group walked in, shortly after and the worker immediately asked if they needed help. This location is not only unfair but manager is a liar.I went out of my way to drive to this location to pick up a ps5. I waited an hour and a half which I figured, a employee passed out tickets I was 39. Once I finally got into the store the "manager" at the register said I can't have the opportunity to buy a bundle because I had purchased my brother a cyber Monday bundle for a Christmas gift already off my account. Then proceeded to lie and say he went outside and let people know you can only buy one bundle per account in which he continued to tell me was GameStop policy . I was there an hour and a half and this man didn't step foot outside. So don't buy anyone good Christmas gifts cause you won't have the opportunity to get yourself one. He said I should be fair and let everyone have a chance. After I waited an hour and a half like everyone else. I was able to speak to corporate and they assured me their is no such policy in place. I called the manager later and he said it's not GameStop policy he got that information from the higher ups "the people in the offices that you don't see", taking back his GameStop policy comment. Management is horrible he was lying so much he couldn't speak. He didn't sell me the console cause higher ups told him, said it wasn't store policy or GameStop policy on the phone.
