Such a wonderful selection of Gia diamonds which gave me more confidence that they cared to to represent exceptionally high quality stones and add to that they also cared to give their customers the highest quality of service. I was especially interested in looking at estate jewelry and was thrilled at the large selection so beautifully presented. I found so many pieces that I liked, two of which I purchased: a sweet diamond necklace set in gold with 18c gold chain and a lovely pair of 14c gold double loop earrings to match. Both for around $1,000 which I thought reasonable. I am very pleased with both and would return in a flash if I lived nearby and may do so when I return to that area. (Many excellent wineries in the area, another reason to return)! What a jewel of a store, really top of the line! We honestly do not believe this was a tailor made piece, but simply one that they themselves purchased. Had to return it a number of times before they could get it even remotely close to resembling the wedding band that we asked them to model it from. Second, asked them to re-size the wedding band and our engagement ring, which took them multiple attempts and multiple weeks of delay. And, when we did receive the engagement ring back, the settings were off and asymmetrical. Third, they're very suspicious folk. When we told them we'd gladly come by their Manhattan office that they supposedly do all the work out of, they were quick to say it's a private office and no visitors are allowed. I don't even believe they have a presence or an office in Manhattan. It's a total farce which makes me very suspicious and skeptical of them. It seems as though they're bringing the work to other jewelers to do and they do nothing of the sort themselves. No integrity in that and zero quality control apparently because of it. To add insult to injury, they nickel & dime you for every re-sizing and their prices are outrageous and especially insulting given the beyond sub-par work and service that you're unfortunately greeted with. Please avoid at all costs. I will not be recommending them to anyone anytime soon.

She confirms the citrine stone and diamonds on my ring is genuine and the setting was very nice. She didn't charge me for the verbal appraisal and recommended for me to skip the appraisal paperwork since my ring In particular is just not worth as much ($300-500 max). Sooo Rare to find a honest business jewelry business. This business has Multiple locations too. I called back recently to inquire about a ring resizing, and a gentleman told me they had another locations much closer to me in West New York, N called J "Continental Carbo Jewelers".
