Before we pulled in to the parking lot of nearby Home Depot, we noticed that they had christmas trees, since we saw through the window. After going to Home Depot, we decided to check out the Christmas trees here. Easy parking, as this share a lot with Total Wine next door, and easy to find wagons if one needs, but we didn't get one this trip. Their christmas trees were located in the front, and they had a few nice ones that were reasonably priced, as well as on sale too. We were just looking and couldn't find one that we liked, plus we were also price checking too. Hope to be back another time!

I ended up getting stuck due to work travel and was not able to make it to the store to pick up my item in time. Usually this is not a problem as the order will be cancelled and funds are returned. However, this time, that was not the case! While the attempt for the refund was made the debit card used to make the purchase expired on 12/31 so he funds were rejected. I called the store and explained this, the gentleman on the phone just stated he knows nothing about "this" and gave me the following ph# 800-642-4235 which according to him was a Michael's Customer Care line. So sure, not a problem, I will call them. I waited on hold for over an hour, when I did get to a rep she flat out told me that the issue was my fault for having a bad debit card and I needed to take it up with my bank. I explained to her that I have the same card the only thing different is that it has a new expiration date, I asked if she can run the refund through using the new date. She said that it's my issue with my bank to call them. I didn't get the feeling that the rep fully understood my issue, I asked to speak with a supervisor. The supervisor who called herself Naomi stated that the order was cancelled on their end and the money owed to me ended up "some where". I asked her, if I didn't receive it then where is "some where". She did not have an answer, however, she did say that she needed to connect with her "finance" team for an approval and that they could even provide me with a reference # (not sure what a reference # is). She PROMISED me a call back that day, told me to keep my phone line open and that if she didn't connect with me that day it would definitely be within 24-48 hours. It has been 2 weeks and NOTHING and NO refund. I have attempted to call back but after waiting over 30 mins each time I hang up. I am owed $53.10 from Michael's......and while $53.10 is not going to make or break me, it's still my $$. Either give me my product or help me get my $$ back.

We also just came from Office Max, which essentially also carries the same thing. We parked in the parking lot, entered the store, and immediately went to the back where the office furniture was. Also found a sign in the back that said restrooms- which were clean, but the stall i went in didn't have any toilet paper! I managed anyway though. Anyways, we then looked at the office chairs, along with the furniture. As said in my review for Office Max, I was at this location in March, and was looking for a desk in which I couldn't find. Well, this time there was lots of desks with storage options, and plenty of color options! Anyways, there was also a good selection of Office chairs here. What is good is that they have chairs out of their boxes in which you can sit on the chair for yourself and decide if it is comfortable for you. We did pick out a chair that we liked, but prices were still a bit high for us. So we left without buying anything. But, will keep this store if we need any office needs!

My daughter picked the bookstore. When we walked in, the store was full of books and books on tape. We looked around for a bit my daughter finally found the area for the genre that she liked. We were able to find several books for my 14 year old. The books are all well priced. We actually picked up for they were listed 4 for $20. The lady at the counter was very helpful And was able to answer all of our questions. Despite having so many books, the store as well put together and fairly tidy.

Located in Market Commons in Myrtle Beach, SC near the Stone movie theatre and other eateries nearby and within walking distance. We were actually walking from Kings Grille that was about 3 blocks away. Decided to look in here because I love to find a nice book to read. They had a lot of books from romance to steven king to biographies,cookbooks, magazines and more! They also have music cds, vinyls, and dvds for purchasing. Upon looking, I found The Wicked Soundtrack of the original broadway show, and decided upon getting it. I also was looking for a Percy Jackson series books- I think trials of Apollo- and all those books were in the kids section with the Harry Potter Books and Goosebumps. For kids, they also have lots of toys and jigsaw puzzles. An unique thing to Barnes and Noble is that they also had tons of Harry Potter items- such as legos where one can build the scenes of the movies, and various shirts too. I couldn't find trials of Apollo though, but it's okay! Store was clean and organized. Went to the front to pay for the Wicked Soundtrack. Hardly a line, Cashier was pleasant- paid with cash and the total was $13.00 for the cd! Got accurate change. Oh and they also have a starbucks here plus a cafe to sit down and read, and wifi too! If you don't know Office Max, it is like an Office Depot with more options, and like a Staples that sells printers, computers, office furniture, artwork, and more! We parked, walked in towards the back where the office chairs and furniture was. Actually saw alot of desks that I liked, and could have brought when I was looking for a desk back in like March/May. One even had lots of storage that came with the desk. Again, not that we were looking for desks but, if anything should have came in this place sooner! Anyways, we looked at office chairs, and they had plenty of all shapes and sizes. One good part is that they had them all out of their boxes so that we can physically sit on them. My parents found a chair that they liked, however, it was a little pricey. So unfortunately we walked out without buying anything, But will keep this store in mind for our office needs!

This is the nicest Big Lots I have ever been in ... and I've been in a bunch of them…read more It's clean, well organized, and has an awesome selection. Skip the touristy spots and come here for your beach needs. They have sunscreen, snacks, coolers, etc. You will pay half of what you would spend at other "beach shops". If you're looking to furnish a beach place, they also have nice-ish, reasonably priced furniture that is well arranged and displayed well in the middle of the store. Restrooms are in the back left corner and are clean to boot. Definitely a place to return to year after year while at our beach place.
