He tgen made a terrible excuse that made no sense because the tag was old and the game had clearly been sitting in the case for years. I won't buy from them; look elsewhere you can find better in the area.

BrandMart USA says they can't do anything, we need to talk to manufacturer. Manufacturer provides an authorization for exchange. We then try to reach out to Brandsmart to schedule an exchange and delivery. Guess what? The sales can't help, it has to be customer service. No problem, right? Wrong. Customer service won't pick up the phone. Try to access through the phone system for an hour before calling the sales line again and they try to patch me through, but ... shockingly, customer service won't pick up their lines either. Stay on hold with sales for 30 minutes more while this plays out before giving up. So ... days later, no love. This range is for my 90 year old grandmother, and she can't cook for herself and is now exhausting her limited fixed budget thanks to Brandsmart. So ... poor quality, literally non-existent customer support ... don't know what else to say.
