Tried to exchange without a receipt they said No. Brought the receipt, they said you can only get the same one. Is this how GameStop does business??? Stood there for 45 minutes to trade in a game and buy another new game. So i am still giving them business. Messes up the whole trade it switches to another computer and 30 mins goes by of entering random information and their thumbprint machine doesn't work how is that the customers fault who is trying to buy a game. I'm so upset i don't even know where to begin! I went yesterday to purchase a video game for my boyfriend. I bought mario rabbids kimgdom battle BRAND NEW "Supposably". I live an hour away from this specific GameStop location. When i arrived home and opened the game, the box was empty! I tried for hours getting in contact with this GameStop. And no one answered. I ended up calling another GameStop location in the same city where the manager proceeded to explain that there have been many problems with that location. I am so upset. I have to make another hour long trip just to pick up the game that should have been in the box when i bought it. And what's more upsetting is that it's impossable to get in contact with anyone at that store! 9/9/18- Just an update! I went back to the store to explain that i never received the game. And they gave me such a hard time. Told me that there was nothing they could do for me. That there was no way to guarantee that i didn't receive the game. That they needed to file an investigation and they could get back to me in two days. I was livid!!!!!! I did not just pay $32 for an empty box. Unfortunately i had to get aggressive with the manager for them to reimburse me my money. This was ridiculous. A waste of time and gas. Never shopping at that location again. read more

The three occasions I have actually visited to talk with an employee, have been excellent. I am the type of person that appreciates good customer service and the employees that I have dealt with on those three occasions delivered excellent customer service. Friendly, the willingness to help, not displaying any demeanor of being annoyed or disturbed while fielding questions from multiple customers, etc. It seems that this place fits the bill for me. A good selection of new and used games covers the walls from top to bottom. Then some in bargain bins as well. I have walked out a happy customer every time I have visited this place. read more

What a bunch of unfriendly personal, I ask the lady by the name of Angie that, is there for costumer service, if they do price match, because targer has the same game new for $19.99 and gamestop has it at $31.99 at the pro member price which is what I'M a member! She just rudely said well just go buy it there. What a way to answer to me when I'm a devoted member a money spending costumer for years now. I love this store. I always feel welcome here. I had always went to the other store down the street but always felt like I was an inconvenience when I walked through the door. This GameStop, the associates are so friendly and tell me anything that is upcoming and already set for pre-order on games. There is a lot I can say about this specific Game Stop. When we go into a video game store, what do we usually go for? It's most likely one of two things, to buy a specific item, or to browse for released or upcoming titles. At this store, if you were to go looking for a specific game, they make it VERY easy on you! First of all, all there video games are extremely well organized in alphabetical order, and accessories and systems are in easy-to-find locations. Secondly, if you are still finding it difficult to locate an item (or just to lazy to look for yourself ;) you can go up to the counter and ask about the specific title and the worker will either look it up or take you right to it, all with a smile on his face, because employees here are very nice and helpful. And if your item is not in stock, without even having to ask, the employee will call all other Game Stops to locate and have them hold your item. Next, if you are going to just browse the sections, everything is very neatly organized so you have no trouble finding the specific section for which you are trying to locate. Also, if you are looking for a particular genre of game, you can ask any employee there for his or her opinions on games in that genre, because all of their employees have extensive knowledge on video games and their replay value. They also have the most Games, Accessories, and consoles here! I could write more but I figure you've heard all you need to, to decide that this is definitely the first Game Stop you want to visit when deciding where to buy your video games, systems, and accessories! read more

This store is a joke. My fiance brought in an xbox to trade in, and was told the trade in amount was 100 less than what I was offered at the same store for same exact item. They try to prey on people who dont have much knowellge about the game systems and thats highly illegal. Avoid this location at all costs just a bunch of d****s read more
