My brother and I bought a PS4 with a few games from their store recently, when we got home we realized the PS4 had overheating issue and came back to return the console. "Erwin" laughed at us and said:"I knew you guys would return it". So clearly he was upset he didn't get his sale, he hated it when we returned the console back to the store and gave us a hard time. The line was heinous and since I had stopped by a few days after Christmas, I had the opportunity to see chirrrren at their absolute worst: begging and disrespecting their poor mothers, screaming for more video games and the latest expensive game systems, pulling on their parents arms as if they were human Gumby's who could withstand brutalities of any sort. Through it all, the Gamestop employees remained resilient and calm during situations in which I would have gone loco or turned into an episode of Snapped. I also got 2 headsets, the charging station, another controller, and Spiderman. So I was carring alor of things out. The staff even made sure I got to my car and drove off when I was leaving. Either way, some of them need to do a better job of making people feel welcomed and keep them wanting too spend their money here. Game/Layout: The game I pre-ordered was "Dragonball Xenoverse 2 for Switch" $49.99 this was one of highly anticipated games that came to the console. I will save super details and just say the game is "Awesome" and I haven't been able to go a day without playing it since purchased. The layout and organization of the store is pretty typical to how "GS" have their stores setup. Every product grouped with each other accordingly. The store was well put together and nothing out of place. Aside from video game items, they also had other trinkets and such from various pop culture. Overall: A few short comings, but this location is way too convenient for me. They have what I want for the most part and at least I can count on them for that. This is the worst location ever! The lines are always very long, and the workers do not know the policies. It is always the same two male employees who give out wrong information. I broke my PS5 and had to get a new one. So I wanted to sale my broken one just to recover some of the money. The employees told me that they do not take PS5's they do not work or turn on... I called 3 other locations and they all told me they did. I went to another location and was able to sale my broken device for $160. When I got a new apple watch, i took my old one to this location to sale it. I unpaired the watch and cleared it out before I got there to save time. Upon arrival they tell me they wont take the watch unless it is paired to my iphone which made no sense at all. I called another location and they told me it did not have to be paired for them to take it and to come in. So again I drove to another location and with no issues the watch the sold without it being paired to my phone. So this location needs to train employees on the store policies or get new people to work. It makes no sense to be told one thing then you call another location and everything gets done. This one is very close to my house but because of the workers not knowing what to do or just to lazy to do it I am forced to drive 30 mins to get the same thing done that I could have gotten at this location. read more

He said that I had to be his "mom or grandma," which is arbitrary and not true. However, as we were at the register, a man named Kevin repeatedly stated that we were acting like "little ass kids" because of touching a cardboard cut out. Instead of kindly asking us to stop, he kept repeating that we were "little ass kids" and he wasn't a "sucka". There wasn't a reason to curse repeatedly, especially to us customers.
