The store and staff are great. But there is not enough staff to handle the demand. You have to wait at least 10 minutes in line to buy a used game. They need more staff and registers read more

I always get receive customer service here. Sometimes the lines are long - but that's OK, others can get good customer service too, I guess... I find their knowledge of video games extensive and they always steer me away from the bad games. They are fun to chitchat with as well when its slow. Thanks for the great service! Update: Gamestop has started a 48 max hold on pre-orders. I work in the bay area but only can make it to the store once a week at most. I picked up my last 2 game preorder, but going forward I won't be ordering from gamestop. I spend easily 800-1000 a year at the store, but not anymore. Dropped my review from 5 to 1, absolutely not because of the staff, they are the best, but because of the new company policy on preorders. read more

Smaller shop than my old GS (Milpitas Great mall) but hey, I moved and this is now my local store. Didn't get the name of the lady working (awesome hair color) and she helped me out super quick. Its my birthday so, as a member, I get a nice discount on a pre-owned game. Rare for me to buy pre-owned but hey, AC Unity had low ratings and I'm a AC fan so why not. Store is super organized ( A-Z on the dot) and I like that. So, staff and store gets an A+. The lady helping me was awesome. Off I go slaying Templars. read more

I do not enjoy writing about a place I have enjoyed for years. I came into this location last Saturday to purchase a game for my son to play as a end of vacation thing. Yes I was there 30 minutes before they close and I understand every one wants to go home but it's no reason to give some one the feeling they don't want your business. After waiting in there notoriously long lines witch I've experienced many times but is usually met with great customer service, I get to the cashier and my chip on my visa card has been acting funny lately but there are plenty of ways around the situation but in stead of suggesting I run my card as credit, swiping it , or typing in my card number I'm told the only thing I can do is come back tomorrow all the while he was starring at the door never once looking at the screen or talking towards me. I work in sales an if I were to ever treat a customer that way I would expect to loose there business forever witch Gamestop has witch is sad to me considering I have been a member and a customer since they opened in my area in 2004 but there is no excuse for that. read more

Just had the best experience at any store you could have!! Christmas is always hectic but Sales person Nicole and Manager Salina, always make my experience a fun, and positive experience!! They always look out for me in these hard times keeping me up to date with upcoming sales or specials and actually remember to care. I'm a gamer and go there frequently, and I just thought that this Game stop and the awesome people who make it that way needed a shout of praise!! Pretty disappointed in this business... I collect funko pop vinyls and I came to this store to get their limited edition Finn in a storm trooper suit. The gal that helped us out was nice and helpful, and told us that preorders were available for the toy story pops. So I pre ordered 5 and paid in full. That was on 10/12 and I was told to expect them on 10/16. 10/16 can around we went to the store to pick them up, we were told they weren't delivered, when we asked when we should expect them they said we don't know cuz we don't get tracking numbers. So 2 days later we returned still no pops and the same story, "we don't know" today I called to see if they were in and it's now 10/21 and was told the same, but "there's some boxes in the back that we haven't had time to open up so they could be in there" I've already given them time for the shipment to come in and now that there's boxes in the back that they obviously don't seem to care to look in, for those "few customers who preordered them" I'll give them till this week to see if they're actually in, and if I don't receive my preorder by Saturday I'm going back to get a full refund. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is bc the gal that Ilintially helped us was very nice and had similar interests. read more

It is 10:34am as i'm writing this and they are closed even thought it says their hours for today open at 10am. what the hell?

I just called the store to ask if they had a specific game and as if I was bothering the clerk that answered the phone, she said yes then hung up on me. Very rude. I guess I will take my business elsewhere. Maybe they could learn that WE the customer pay the bills. A simple thank you or goodbye would of been nice and a sale. read more

Horrible customer service worst GameStop I've ever been too not only are they rude in person but dude on the phone I just called (5:40) they close at 6 on Sunday's they had me on hold for 45 minutes and never came back so I called back the guy picks up and says their closed I tried to tell them about my frustration from being on hold twice and only having a quick question they hung up in my face this is my 4th bad experience with them I had to make an account just to give them a bad review which I never do I don't recommend anyone coming to this store especially for trades read more
