If you press the reset button on your PS4, you'll probably see your Gamestop. Don't say I didn't warn you. This location is in Oakland at the mall in Troy and you can basically get cheap deals on games and then a lot of full price and expensive games as well. Go for the cheap ones because that's really the main reason to come here and it's what a lot of people do unless you have money to throw away which not too many people in this area do. As for the expensive new ones - You probably can find them cheaper online but if you want to get a hard copy in your hands then this is as good a place as any because they have a good selection and I think they're still doing enough business to stay in business, hopefully indefinitely because after all people are really addicted to video games aren't they? The first time I visited this store in Oakland mall they were very helpful, exchanging out some game cases I bought online for original game cases and returned the ones they could not My second visit was just as refreshing i was just take for a ride by the gamestop on the north east corner of 14 and John R so i took all my stuff to this store and got full value for everything unlike the 50% haircut the other store tried to give me . My third visit for trade ins "you reached my trade limit" i was told. I had 150$ trade credit and was trading in another 90$, as a power up rewards member how is that even possible? read more

Usually, I would say this store is one of my FAVORITE GameStop's...... BUT I literally walked in to buy GOW and some Pops and come to find out, surprise!!!! One of the Pops is "supposedly" not supposed to be on the shelf. So being in the industry where the customer is ALWAYS right, I'm expecting this sales gentlemen to sell it to me since I am paying for it. Instead, he makes me wait, calls other stores, and I am STILL waiting as he has sent an email to his Regional or District Manager to ask if he is allowed to sell me the Pop. No accommodations, no apologies. Horrible example of "customer service" The only reason I will continue to shop here is because of a wonderful young lady that works here.
