Here's a review Stopped by Gametime Sports Bar in Chino for the first time and had a great experience. My bartender, Chelsea, was outstanding. She greeted me professionally and immediately served me an ice-cold beer in a frozen glass. Right after that, my phone wouldn't stop ringing, so I had to step outside for about 30 minutes to handle business. When I came back, Chelsea asked if everything was okay. I explained that I had been tied up outside and told her, "I don't like drinking warm beer. Can you dump this one out? I expect to be charged for it because it was 100% my fault." She smiled and said, "No, I'm not charging you for it," and poured me a brand-new ice-cold beer in another frozen glass. That small gesture spoke volumes about her professionalism and customer service. It wasn't about the cost of the beer--it was about taking care of the customer. I even made a point to tell the manager how impressed I was and that because of Chelsea, I'll definitely be back. Great customer service creates loyal customers, and Chelsea earned one today. How this place got 4.9 is beyond me! This place screams 6 months and going out of business. Located in a BAD strip mall, thank god I ubered! Walked in and it reminded me of a low budget strip club, music included. Been open for 5 months but smells like a bar that's been open for 20. Stale beer and fruit flies. Ordered. Coors Lite to minimize my damage. Horrible!!! AVOID!! If you want to hit on the blonde bartender, her man is positioned at the end of the bar. Very racist too, OMG. Chelsey hating on Mexican culture. 4.9 people??? Really???? Right before I left, I saw Chelsea melting a pill into a glass, had to leave at that point. Had a great time at GameTime Sports Grill watching the game. One of the main reasons I wanted to come here was because the TV screens are a great size, so it's easy to see the action no matter where you're sitting. What really stood out was that they were nice enough to turn on the game audio, which made the whole experience much more enjoyable and immersive. Food was good, service was solid, and the prices felt very fair for what you get. The staff did a great job checking in on us throughout the game without being overbearing, making sure we always had what we needed. Overall, it's a fun spot to catch a game with friends, enjoy some food and drinks, and actually feel like you're part of the action. I'll definitely be back for future games! read more

From the very first time I walked into this spot I've had nothing but the best experiences, multiple different bartenders, all with different personalities but all worth amazing service and attention to customers. Chelsea and Rae stand out to me! Both are the best in my opinion, my glass never stays empty for long, they always make sure you are good, and taken care of. Wife and I went there for the first time yesterday. Saturday around 6 PM. Walked in and it was dark inside black drapes lots of sports TV and an energy that seemed friendly. We sat at the bar and we greeted. There are TVs wall the wall around the bar so no matter where you sit you can see. It's a rather small place so I can see it getting packed with 40 or 50 people. We looked at the menu in ordered a couple of drinks and since we do not do tequila, we asked if they could substitute it with vodka. Some bars will give us a hard time about it or roll the rise but not this place. The two bartenders were more than happy to accommodate our request without any side eye. We ordered the cchicharrons with guacamole and the wings. The Chicharron's were still crackling when they were served to us. You can tell they cook them fresh. Everything was delicious as we ordered another drink each. The owner came out introduced himself. His name is Isaac. Super friendly guy down to earth this is one of those places you go to make you feel like you're in your neighbors garage that was converted into a bar. We had a great time and this will definitely be our go to place for a while. The portion sizes were huge and it was relatively reasonable with the prices. 44 drinks and two appetizers. The bill came out to $80 in today's environment that ain't bad. We love the place we felt comfortable. Everybody was friendly and we will be back. read more

Came here about a month ago for food and a drink after shopping across the street. As soon as I walked in, I noticed how clean and modern the place looked. Loved it. I ordered a beer and the Poke Nachos with the bartender, who was the absolute sweetest! The nachos were amaaaaaazing. The chef and co-owner Issac came over to introduce himself and chatted with me for a bit about how they had just opened about a month prior. The interaction definitely meant a lot to me due to the fact that I was there solo. I felt very welcomed and I can't wait to go back to try some more of Issac's delicious dishes. read more

I drive over an hour to come here just because of her spectacular service. Sara is always acknowledging all the customers and just brings nothing but positive vibes.
