We had a reservation and arrived 10 minutes late, but they kindly waited for us (they allow a maximum 15-minute grace period for reservations). If you make a reservation, they'll offer you a private room, which was a nice touch. The atmosphere was just right--not too loud but lively enough to enjoy. For 3 people, including a 60oz beer, the bill came to $130 no tax. Overall, a great experience, and I'd definitely return (just not for the grilled squid!). Lol

We decided to hunker at a table near the TV where there was a K-Pop show going on ! We both ordered Combo meals, Mild Chicken and one with Fries, the other with Fried Rice. The gal at the counter told us it would be about 20 mins as they cook the chicken fresh when the order is placed. There were a number of Skip/DoorDash/Uber Eats deliveries that came in and left in the time that we were waiting. So clearly it's fairly popular. When our food was ready the gal came rushing out of the kitchen. Not what I expected... for $11 - Combo with Fries & $13 - Combo with Fried Rice, I thought there would be only 2 pieces of chicken... but No! 6 pieces in one and 7 in the other. The first bite and this chicken just came out of the fryer ! Piping Hot ! Overall, Chicken for You has fabulous Korean style chicken ! Serving sizes are very large, and even a single combo could have fed both of us. The Prices are incredibly reasonable ! The décor for the place is nothing to write home about. While being clean, it feels a bit rough around the edges. While the Fries in the combo are very good, I have to say the Fried Rice was a bit of disappointment. I didn't try the cheese katsu, which I really wanted to, but maybe next time I'll order the mixed set for $26. The beef and egg hot stone dish is $18. It's pretty standard for a hot stone dish, but the stone was definitely hot and had a very Korean feel. I liked this one the most. It's not a busy restaurant, but I understand that deep-frying takes time, so the wait is understandable. The service was good, though there was only one waitress. Not a fan of either, my interest to try out Miga wasn't peaked until I saw their full menu floating around online, extensive list! Soft Clear Noodles with Beef and Vegetables - Japchae - ($18) - Lacked flavoring, I'm use to the subtle sesame oil taste in most of the Japchaes' that I order which this lacked. So for me this one was pretty bland. Noodles were nice and soft, impressed with how long the noodles were too. Pork Neck Bone Soup - Gamja-Tang - ($15) - Pretty solid bowl! Had three very generous sized bones with ridiculously tendered meat. Didn't need any spoon action, meat flaked off with just a scrape from the chopsticks. Which guarantees that the soup had plenty of flavor. Had a sharp kick of spice which balanced really well with the savory meat bites. We had five, cubed radish kimchi - seasoned bean sprouts - fish cake - pickled cabbage - potato salad - THE POTATO SALAD WAS BOMBS GUYS. The miso soup was basic but good enough to help wash everything down! The spicy bibimbap looked delicious, the beef was good and you get a nice helping of vegetables. My daughter enjoyed it very much. The restaurant threw in a free cinnamon croffle for any order over $35. That was a nice bonus but I don't think I would order it. We should have added our own fruit and whipped cream to it to liven it up. We would definitely order from here again and maybe try the chicken but we really liked the tonkatsu!

Service was okay - we were the only table there for the duration of our visit, and the food came out quickly. The lady working mostly sat behind the counter with her earphones in, but she did check on us once. We would have probably liked to order more drinks, etc. had she been more present. As for the food, it all came out at the same time. Both the chicken and the corn were on skillets to keep them hot and the cheese gooey. The corn was good, though I'm not sure the cheese was necessary with the amount of cheese with the chicken. It was a very dairy-tastic meal. The chicken was little chunks with a bit of batter, deep fried and then tossed in sauce. We choose the sweet & spicy sauce and didn't find it had any heat at all. The cheese on the bottom was mozzarella and added creaminess, but no other flavour. The cheese congeals pretty quickly once the skillet cools down, so you have to eat it while it's hot otherwise it gets very tiresome. I think it was okay - I didn't love it, but if I came back, I'd try just their normal KFC or maybe some of their other Korean dishes. I didn't think the cheese really added anything to the dishes so I'd probably skip that. There are other places in town that have cheese options with their Korean dishes that I much prefer over this.
