Came here to rewrite my review. I'm giving 2 stars to be nice. Our server, the gentleman was nice. Although his service was not great... at all... lol I still feel the need to give him an extra star bc I feel bad. He was the only one hosting, servicing and checking his customers out. We had to refill Our own water cause he wasn't stopping by or grabbing whag we need all at once. There is one Asian lady that is always sooo unhappy looking. I don't understand lol anyways!! Food is bland. They charge extra now for LA RIBS. I WAS LIVID. FOR $30 I can go to WOW KOREAN BBQ UP ON MEMORIAL AND PAY 37 and have unlimited everything. Also not on the all you can eat is ribeye which is $9, spicy baby octopus $10, and shrimp $9. I am soooo confuse. How is LA GALBI not included?! That is literally what makes up klbbq Gangnam use to be SOOO yummy. They changed owner. The old owner opened up the one on memorial called WOW. The menu is huge and food is delicious. I try to give Gangnam another try today w our friends but it was more than disappointing. On top of that, the AC was down. The restaurant took down all the TVs. When the lady finally walks up to us (didn't even smile or say hi) she grabs menus starts to walk to the table then proceeds to turn around & go tab out another table. Even those guest told her to go ahead & seat us but she ignored them & me when I said we had been standing there for a long time. I'm a long time restaurant worker myself & feel it was completely rude. Lacking customer service. We walked out after & she didn't even look up from the cash register. Something changed about Gangnam... perhaps management? It used to be a favorable option for KBBQ, especially for being in South OKC/Moore, but quality has gone down significantly. Staff was nice, but it couldn't aid in the lack of flavor the food had. AYCE was $28, but that didn't include galbi (short ribs) nor seafood. The only to access those items were to order from their a la carte menu. What's the point then? I'd rather pay the previous premium if it meant I would have access to these items. Our experience was only made worse when the meat was grey and tasted sour. If the business wants to survive, I recommend they reconsider where their priorities lie and cater more to their guests' preferences. read more

AYCE dinner was amazing for ~$35/adult. Our server was so patient and accommodating to our requests. She brought our food immediately after we ordered each round. There are so many options on the menu, and you are able to order as much as possible with no time limit. The only downside is that they do not serve LA galbi and ribeye. There was at least 6 or so pork options from pork belly to spicy marinated pork. Aside from meats, you can order as much soup (doenjang and soondubu offered), treobokki, fried chicken, japchae, and more dishes that compliment the meats. read more

What a great place! Service was outstanding and the whole concept is very interesting. The food was great but then again I cooked it. Lol Very cool experience and great for date night or gathering with friends. If I have to give one pointer - get your liquor license as soon as you can! All you can eat Korean BBQ in Moore. The place is the second place besides Maples that offers the same dining experience. It's clean and has a good ventilation system to prevent too much smoke. The ventilation system is even better than Maples. I feel like the meat is very good. However, they give me little at a time even their picked products and salad. They give you the portion size of one. In addition, the vegetables plate has yam which takes way too long to grill. Perhaps substituting it for mushrooms would be a better choice. Service is great. Been a few times, food is good, service has its ups and downs. Went in a little over an hour before close, (fully understanding we should be out within an hour we don't like to be those people keeping everyone at work) with three servers SITTING up front saying they won't seat us because they use the last hour to clean and the kitchen closes at 9. So I said "you don't close at 10 you close at 9."They said "no we close at 10, it's the manager, don't know why she does it this way" is it too much to ask that the business hours be properly reflected not only online but on the front door? If you're not seating guest and you're no longer cooking, how are you open? 3 employees sitting around, one table sitting but yet the manager is turning business away? Oh my goodness, this place is amazing. My friend Rachel has been telling me nonstop about this place, and how she will gladly take a day trip at any time to come here. Well, I can now say that I understand how Rachel feels. I have been wanting to try Korean BBQ, but it wasn't high on my bucket list. The moment we walked in, we were greeted with a warm welcome and seated immediately. They did inform us that since it was the weekend, they were only offering the dinner portion of AYCE- which was fine with us but wanted to include that for others to be aware of that! Our server was very kind and explained how to order, gave suggestions, and informed us that they do not offer to-go boxes, and there would be a $7 charge per person added to the bill for any unconsumed food. This is really helpful and encouraged us to be mindful of how much we were ordering and eating. The price was very reasonable for the quality and amount of meat you get. At $28, you aren't paying much more than you would at a buffet. We ordered the ribeye, beef bulgogi, and the wine pork belly. Accompaniments included rice, chili paste, a hot sauce, and some seasame oil, a salad with ginger dressing (my FAV), kimchi, some sort of macaroni salad, and a spicy jalapeño and onion mix with oil. The ribeye had no seasoning or sauce, and was very gristly. I tried to dress it up with oil and some of the ginger dressing but it just didn't do anything for me. The wine pork belly was so tasty! It had a lot of flavor as is, and the wine really helped soak and seal even more of the deliciousness. The beef bulgogi was my favorite of all. It is very thin, but had the most flavor out of all of them. It was absolutely delicious (my mouth is watering just thinking about it!) The kimchi is some of the best I have ever tasted, it was phenomenal by itself and with the rice. I really enjoyed the jalapeño onion oil, it added a small kick without being overpowering, and had a delicious flavor that I can't even describe. The ambiance of the restaurant was comfortable and relaxing, and the restrooms were very clean and neat. Well stocked, touch-free soap and paper towel dispensers, and there were individual toilet rooms instead of stalls. I really enjoyed the whole experience. I felt like I was able to actually sit for a while and savor the food, instead of just ordering as much as possible and eating as much as I could. I will definitely be back! read more

Pleasantly surprised to find this place in Oklahoma City. I'm from a strong Asian area and was visiting the city and I really enjoyed my dining experience here. They have a great AYCE option with plenty of excellent meat and side dish selections, and even an assortment of dessert taiyaki and popsicle offerings. K-Pop music videos play on a loop in the back of the restaurant, and there is plenty of space as well as larger tables for groups. High quality food as well. Very much recommended! read more

Just moved to Oklahoma not too long ago and have always wanted to try Korean barbecue! Came and ate on a Friday morning, wasn't busy at all. Our waitress was named Liz and was the sweetest ever. She taught us how everything works and checked on us multiple times to make sure we were doing things correctly. My favorites were the galbi and bulgogi, our waitress said those are the most popular. Among the AYCE Korean BBQ in Oklahoma Gangnam is definitely the best. The atmosphere is much better and more convivial than the other options in OKC area. I recommend starting with a seafood tofu soup, full of flavor and actually has a good amount of seafood in it, not just seafood flavors. You will find mussels, clams, octopus in the soup. It comes in a boiling hot bowl so be patient before you dig in! The dinner menu is $25/person for all you can eat and has a vast selection of different cut of meat. The meat tastes great, you can pick 3 different meats at a time but can order more once you finish with it. You cook the meat yourself on the grill in the middle of the table. The waiter comes regularly to change the grill to avoid too much smoke from the burned food. The best piece of meat IMO are the LA Galbi, bulgogi, and the thin sliced pork! There are a variety of sides coming with the meal that you can get refilled anytime. The Kimchi and seaweed salad are great! This restaurant is BYOB so you can bring your own beer, wine or liquor to enjoy with your meal! Definitely a great place for friends and family to gather! read more

Absolutely loved the food here! I've had my share of Korean bbq in numerous states and the meat here was AMAZING. The quality of their meat is definitely on the higher end of quality. Service was great, the waiter kept the meats coming and waters filled. The ambiance is definitely your typical Korean bbq place. If you've been to Korean House, literally the same feel. The only reason I gave it a 4 star instead of 5 is that they lack sauces. I'm a big sauce person when I eat Korean and they lack a spicy gochuchang sauce and a dark sweet sauce that I like to dip my brisket in. Otherwise, worth a visit. First time visiting and thought it would be a fun evening. To be fair they were busy for the few staff that were working. Sadly our experience was not great. From the beginning it was very confusing and things did not improve. $35.00 a person for all you can eat is pretty steep but we ordered anyway. Should I say attempted to order. Some clear instructions would have been helpful but after a short wait our drink order arrived and so did the smell of propane from the grill. We checked a few boxes and condiments arrived soon after. Again with no explanation of what they brought. Our chicken and beef arrived and with enthusiasm I placed them on our grill. Expecting a sizzle I was met with silence... is this normal? I could see and hear other people enjoying the grill your own food but it took forever to cook our food. So much so that we have up and asked our waiter for the kitchen cooked options. The chicken they brought us while small was tasty. They dumplings were great but that could have been because we were so hungry. One drink refill was offered and we gave up on anything else. I would say give it a try if you are in the area. The gangnam then was upbeat, had kpop playing on the radio and on the tvs. Now I walked into a dead quiet restaurant no other patrons with news playing, some survival show and stocks on another. For me that kills the mood. I dont want to be trying to enjoy my meal with news of the yellowstone gyster blowing, what stocks are dropping or some dudes fishing. Definitely they seem understaffed with two people running the whole serving and sitting. Given its a Tuesday evening theres not a huge rush. Maybe 4 tables going at this point. The restaurant provides a good Korean BBQ experience but during this visit we were not provided all the usual side dishes and has to ask for them. I wished they still offered Jap Chae noodles as a side dish, they now charge for them, also I wish they offered fish cakes as a side dish, like most Korea BBQ restaurants.
