Upon walking in i quickly noticed the backlit shelving that featured an extensive collection of gorgeous high quality water pipes from such renowned brands as Roor among others. It was busy but Hector kept his cool making sure to greet every person that walked in. When it was my turn he thanked me for waiting, and asked what i was looking for. He had knowledge of all the products and made excellent suggestions. He definitely went above and beyond compared to service i receive at most smoke shops. Someone give that man a raise!

I guess since the last time I went, they changed their hours from closing at 9:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. I went tonight thinking they close at 9:30 p.m. drove 35 min and got there at 9:10 p.m. There was a woman and gentlemen still in the store just shouted close at 9pm. I know it is my fault but just the way she shouted out and all I wanted was some juice which is cash sales anyway. They could have just asked but I guess everyone is just too busy not giving a damn. I won't be going back and if you are looking for Cubano juice you can get it online at half the price and less hassle than they have for their orders.

They even ordered more product for me. They also have a couple other stores in Torrance. So if they don't have it there, they will call the other stores for you. Which is amazing! So they have sent me to other locations. They also let me when my order has come in by text messaging me. Above and beyond! Lots of products.
