I was very pleased with the purchase of my car from Don Sitts in September 2009. I will definitely go back to them.

For me to choose to buy from Lambert is indicative of my trust that I will get great service and get a fair deal. It took two non-pressured visits to Lambert to complete my purchase. I worked with the Sales Manager, Bryan Steinlechtner after I researched my potential purchase and drove the vehicle. I felt comfortable and never felt pressure. Using various sources on the internet, I determined Lambert had the best vehicle at the best price. I worked with James Orlando in Finance to secure financing at a rate lower than I expected and a warranty that I requested. Totally transparent. Again no pressure. John Sdono, my seal person, helped to get the car ready and assure that I was satisfied with it's cleanliness and condition. Perfect experience start to finish. Have no fear your will be treated fairly!!

It was showing late on the GM website. The finance guy at Lambert said they needed to get funded for the $18,000 payoff. Huh? It takes a week for a multi million dollar company to get 18,000?They had no trouble getting me credit in 5 minutes for $45,000 and cashing my check for $5,000 and it cleared electronically the next day. WTF Not done yet. I was told my loan was through GM just like the last one. He did tell me he got me a better rate but I thought it was from my credit score being high. Oh no,, it was through a bank I never heard of. I just found that out today by mail. Again, WTF? Thought I asked all the right questions. Only the salesman has called me back but what can he do? Be very aware before you drive away!

I test drove a Subaru Forester here in late September/early October and returned in December to buy…read morea Forester because of the great experience. Mike C. was fantastic to work with and I can't recommend him enough as he was the primary reason I returned to Cascade to move forward with the purchase. I have never ever in my life owned a new car or purchased a car from a dealer. I was super nervous about this purchase and did a lot of research about vehicles I was interested in. I had a visit at another dealership to test drive a different manufacturer's vehicle to compare this experience to and both myself and my husband were very impressed with the difference in working with Mike C. as the salesperson at Cascade. Our first test drive he accompanied us as we drove the SUV around including a lovely trip through the Cuyahoga Valley, and he demonstrated many of the safety features and educated us thoroughly about the car. After the test drive he sat down with us and gave us some preliminary ideas about cost which lined up with prices I'd discovered during my research about the vehicle's going MSRP and such. A few months passed as I mulled over new vs. used and what car I wanted. Ultimately the great feel of the Forester, its top safety rating and reviews from Consumer reports, and the superb test-drive and no pressure conversation with Mike led me to call them up and move forward with the purchase. I called to make sure Mike was available and did another test-drive. Then we started the negotiation process and - armed with another dealer's out the door offer for the vehicle and the fact that it was quarter end - I was able to negotiate the price down to a VERY reasonable offer according to both TrueCar, KBB, and CoPilot for the particular trim and extra features (and in a color preference as well.) While the vehicle was not in stock yet (in transit as seems to happen frequently with these fast-moving cars) it arrived a couple days later and I worked with Mike to finalize the paperwork other than the financial agreement stuff. He helped me get the app set up so I can remote start my car and adjust the temperature and he also called up my insurance company to help get those details squared-away. Another employee, Peter, gave me a very thorough overview of the many features in the car so I would be comfortable driving it and the financial process was made very easy for me as well. I would recommend Cascade - and in particular the Subaru dealership and Mike C. to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle. I look forward to additional great experiences with them for service and maintenance!

The first diagnosis focused on a clutch failure with an estimate over $6,000, which ultimately turned out not to be the issue. After several weeks (4 weeks just to be diagnosed due to lack of bodies in the shop), the actual problem was identified as a worn transfer case linkage -- consistent with the original symptom and exactly what I told them that I knew the problem was - it's pretty typical with the Jeep Wrangler JK. Throughout the process, the estimate was revised multiple times, including a significant additional charge after parts were said to have been "inadvertently omitted." While I understand repairs can evolve, clearer explanations and earlier verification would have gone a long way. After the repair was completed, the vehicle had multiple warning lights illuminated. When I asked if the codes could be cleared and rechecked -- a standard post-repair step -- I was told there was "no sense" in doing so and advised to pick up the vehicle as-is. The final repair itself appears to address the mechanical issue, but the experience suffered from inconsistent diagnosis, long delays, changing estimates, and limited follow-through at the end. I expected clearer communication and a more complete handoff for a repair of this scope. I hope this feedback helps improve the process for future customers.

He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I like that they don't have salesmen hovering like vultures in the parking lot to follow you around. You basically just browse at your leisure or find what you want to see online, then walk in and talk to someone. Everyone there was really nice. Yes we spent hours going through the process, but that's just a given when you buy a car. At least it was a pleasant atmosphere to spend your day in. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a higher end used car. Your purchase will include a warranty for an extra cost built in to your contract. I didn't see anything on their lot that looked like junk! Really nice cars to be had.

SCAMMERS. My…read morehusband and I bought a 2019 Chevy Traverse IN CASH from them in March and the transmission blew after a month. We noticed the day we received the vehicle that it was hard-shifting into second gear. You can't expect me to believe that the people at "Prestige" didn't know this was happening. Unfortunately because of our hectic schedules, we struggled to find a time to get the car to the shop to have it looked over immediately. A few weeks later as I was driving with my 15 month old, the Traverse died in the middle of the road. It wouldn't go in reverse or drive over 30 mph, and the Drive indicator light was flashing. We brought it to our mechanic and were quoted $11,000 for a transmission replacement. This is when we discovered that "Prestige" Auto Mall's "warranty" doesn't cover jack shit, and when my husband reached out to them to see what we could do about the blown transmission/warranty, they chastised him for not purchasing their $3,000 extended warranty. Why would we buy a $3k extended warranty? I would've just bought a better car for that money. When my husband filed a claim with their third party warranty company, they were only willing to pay $1,500 toward a $11,000 transmission replacement. The "dealership" offered to do the replacement "at cost", but they're now dodging his phone calls. We even got a second opinion from a shop that deals specifically with transmissions, and they quoted us at $8,000 for a refurbished transmission. I don't know about you, but we can't just come up with that kind of money after dropping the money we scrimped and saved on a car. We now have a $18k paperweight. It's been sitting at the transmission shop for weeks. Also, the first time I took the car for a car wash, the black paint on the rims and emblems started to wash off. It looks like they colored it in with a paint stick. The front grille was also cracked and we were never told about this, despite having asked for a video of the entire car. They conveniently avoided that part in the video. We've been without a vehicle for over a month now, and have had to borrow vehicles from family members to get to work and transport our six children to school and extracurricular activities. Our summer plans are absolutely shot because we have no way to travel or do anything. This "dealership" is an absolute joke. I would NEVER expect to have to replace a transmission on a car I just bought from a dealership. If I wanted to pay almost $30k for a car, I would've just purchased a vehicle from a reputable, local dealership like we have in New York State. The only reason we bought from them was because we were looking for something very specific to transport our family of 8 and were having trouble finding anything locally. We can't afford to just shell out $11k or the cost of a new vehicle because the piece of junk we bought from this joke of a dealership scammed us. The ONLY saving grace about this podunk "dealership" was their salesperson, Wyatt. He was easy to work with and responsive. Other than that, PLEASE save yourself the trouble and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CON ARTISTS. THEY DO NOT STAND BY THEIR VEHICLES.

When the dealership contacted me, I made it explicitly clear that I would only proceed if the trade-in value matched the original offer. I was assured multiple times via text that the number was fair and could be honored, pending inspection of the vehicle. That condition was completely reasonable. I arrived at the dealership fully prepared to complete the transaction at the agreed-upon value. The vehicle was accurately represented in my trade description and passed inspection as described. Despite this, the dealership significantly lowered the offer once I was on-site. I was told that online estimators sometimes struggle to reflect true market value, and I was shown Kelley Blue Book figures as justification. If the dealership had concerns about honoring the initial offer, that should have been communicated before I made the trip -- not after I arrived expecting the agreed-upon number. This experience reflects a classic bait-and-switch tactic. Transparency and integrity are fundamental in business, especially when customers make decisions based on written confirmations. Had the dealership been upfront from the beginning, this situation could have been avoided. I encourage future customers to get firm, written confirmation of all numbers and to approach trade-in negotiations here with caution. This type of practice is disappointing and unacceptable in today's marketplace.
