Since when is Gap Factory more expensive than Old Navy!? We're being ripped off and I'm glad I noticed! GAP was charging me $48 for a mens zip up hoodie and $41 dollars for the bottoms. A similar set was on sale at Old Navy (damn near the same color for $39 and $35 respectively. I'm livid! read more

Employees close the store before closing hours. They are very rude and everyone seems to always be in a bad mood.

Gap Factory Outlet in Inglewood. It's new, it's clean and it's semi-neat. This location is one block from where the new stadium is being built and about a half mile from the Forum. I'm looking forward to seeing if they carry all the great items that my favorite Gap outlet carries. The lines Werner very long but I'm sure in time that will change. The prices were good and I thought the store was in pretty good shape. Usually outlet stores look a complete mess but so far so good. It's a small location but I'm just glad that they put this store in our community. I hope it's a success and more companies will feel empowered to come into our area. On my visit today a young female clerk who I assume was the more senior employee to the cashier that was assisting me falsely accused me of wearing a pair of jeans and returning them. [I thought I was keeping them but after trying them on I realized they were high and not mid rise. So I took them off immediately and put them back in the GAP bag] I brought the item back to the store along with the receipt and the tag, which was no easy feat considering all the traffic in the area. After looking at the jeans, this girl then presumes to warn me about not doing returning worn items, but that this time they would refund me. The store policy clearly states that items without tags can be returned as long they are not washed or worn. So where was her proof that I wore them? I simply tried them on, similar to how I would if I were at the store! I say there was no proof, just her word against mine. When I called and asked for some resolution or acknowledgment of being poorly treated I got a half-assed apology from some uneducated sounding clerk who answered the phone. [I had to tell her what might be a satisfactory resolution] Needless to say I will not be back, neither the clothes, nor the service are that worth it. read more

Family and friends, I have a problem and I need your help. It's hard being a Black Man in America, but I've grown accustomed to being treated differently, at times being made to feel like I don't belong, and during the worst times, being treated like a criminal just because of the way I look. Growing up in South Central LA, I've learned that it comes with the territory. But like I said, I've gotten used to it. None of you have ever seen me rant about race or even heard me complain - I just deal with it. But this evening, my 15-year old daughter's innocence was stolen from her, she was racially profiled at a Gap Outlet store located at 3480 W. Century Blvd, Inglewood, CA 90303, when she was detained for approximately 15-minutes while they held the merchandise she purchased so they could check the cameras to make sure she didn't steal a dress. Layla was so disturbed by the ordeal that she walked in the house visibly shaken up and told us how she had just been accused of stealing and humiliated at the Gap store. Even more disturbing, she begged me not to say or do anything that would embarrass her. That's when I lost it folks. I can't stand for my children to be subjected to discrimination, and I certainly won't allow the fear of embarrassment get in the way of calling it out. I'm sorry for embarrassing you Layla, but I love you, and I want you to know that you never have to let someone humiliate you or treat you this way again. I immediately drove over to the Gap store and spoke to the Manager and Security Guard, and expressed my concern with their actions. They claimed it was standard practice to accuse customers of stealing and conducting camera reviews to verify purchases before they process even exchanges. Kind of a weird store. It didn't seem much cheaper than a regular Gap, and it barely had any products available. Also, not very stylish stuff. I recommend going to the Old Navy nearby for the same quality and lower price. read more

Facility is clean. Wide variety of clothes for men, women and children. Unfortunately everything is pretty pricy! A vest for a 1 year old child costs about $20. You're better off walking down to Ross and buying one from there. read more

I have been there a few time. Worse customer service wrong the have a sign that said entire wall 50% of of ticket price I go and pay and told the cashier, she said not the clearance, let ask... I show her the sign "entire wall" it didn't said clearance exclude nothing. I just left the stuff. The manager came and said entire wall it's this HALF very disappointing read more

The employees don't have a sense of urgency, they continued to fold jeans on the sales floor even after noticing the cashier had a line. Customers started dropping their stuff & walking out. I was shopping for shirts. A rack's signage claimed "All button-down shirts 50% off the lowest price" IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY FINE PRINT WITH EXCLUSIONS nor did it say UP TO 50% off. After finally getting to the register & paying I noticed the shirts were randomly 30% off instead. The cashier said she would have to honor it after checking out the sign herself, however, the manager then came & said she was not going to honor it although the rack clearly said all the shirts were 50% off & there were lots of the same shirt I was buying. read more

A friend gave me a shirt that became too small for her and it came from the gap. Seeing that it had a small hole in it I decided to visit one of the stor s to see if it was still in stock. This was my first visit to this store since it was built. It was very beautiful and neatly kept. When I walked in, I was greeted at all. Even the security officer gave me a funny glare and didn't say anything. The staff didn't seem too friendly either. It wasn't crowded so I didn't understand why I had to stand at the counter and wait for someone to arrive. When Luis noticed I was there he moved very quickly to give me service. I was very impressed at how he was able to recover the information needed off the shirt I wanted to replace to see if it was in stock. He told me that I would have to purchase it at a gap store in the mall. This store shares it parking with others in the shopping center so that's not a problem. I'll be back to look around through the store on another day. read more
