This business is located right next to the escalator on the second floor of the Galleria. So, it's very easy to find. Once inside, the aisles are all very well organized, with all of the various things that they sell, presented in a very orderly manner. Thus, when you walk in the store you'll be able to easily find what you're looking for and/or what you want. Plus, the prices here all very reasonable. Overall, this is a great shop to find that unique gift, or that something that you never knew you needed.

This is a great spot to buy a gift for a friend's kid. They also sell merchandise with local city names. You can find their stuff online too. The bad: I think it's street parking only. Their stuff is expensive (around $45 for a onesie). The interesting: They ship things for free if you purchase $25 or more.

She just had her first baby, being a beautiful baby girl, with her amazing husband so she is always excited to buy her adorable baby clothes. I told my friend across the store "awww you make me want to have a baby" due to seeing her excitement to all the adorable things in the store. To my disappointment the women working the cashier interrupted stating "no you don't! They suck the life out of you. Just marry for money men are useless." This made my friend and I feel extremely uncomfortable. I was just able to let out an uncomfortable laugh and my friend told her "not all men are bad". I don't understand how someone can work at a store for babies & say such a negative comment especially with a mother in their presence. Very disgusting & disturbing comment.

This was very disappointing, especially since I expected a new, accurately described item. I contacted customer service immediately. It took over six minutes to reach a live person. Anthony assisted me and was polite, but Rookie Kids' policies are unacceptable. I was asked to email photos of the defects, which I did. I was then asked whether I wanted a refund or replacement. I needed the shoes urgently, so I requested a replacement. Instead of promptly resolving the issue, I was told my request had to be reviewed and approved first. Only then would I receive a return label, after which I would have to ship the defective shoes back, wait for inspection, and then finally have a replacement shipped. This process is not ideal for a customer who already paid in good faith for a brand-new item. Most reputable companies will immediately ship a replacement and include a return label, with the understanding that if the damaged item is not returned, the customer will be charged. Rookie Kids' policy unfairly delays the resolution and leaves the customer without the product they purchased for far too long. Fast shipping means little when the product arrives defective and the company does not stand behind their merchandise with efficient, customer-friendly solutions.
