Everything that we were looking for they had in stock and there was an amazing sale going on that ranged from 25 to 50% off of pretty much everything in the store. Located at the Las Vegas South Premium Outlets. I needed to get a couple wardrobe staples and I seem to always get decent sale prices here. The store is organized and they have items stocked well. A lot of employees working on the day I went. in general the employees don't seem out of their way friendly or helpful but I didn't need extra assistance so it was fine with me. The cashier however was genuinely nice. She greeted me when it was my turn to check out, made small talk and explained the next sale. I like that they have an entrance on the outside of the mall so I can quickly access the store without having to go in the mall. Lots of parking available, even when crowded. read more

I hadn't shopped at the gap and probably 15 years because I've always thought the quality of the material they use was trash. Well, I bought a bunch of T-shirts couple different styles and a couple different blends of material and I should've gone with my first instinct. Wash them cold, put them in the dryer on low, I even have a steamer dryer to help with wrinkles. The shirts came out like you had scrunch them up in the hamper for three weeks, so bad with wrinkles. And then put one of them back on which I had tried on before I washed them and it had shrunk a little bit. When I bought it, they told me we pre-wash our shirts so they don't shrink. My wife went to return the shirts and got nothing but attitude, other than one employee was somewhat kind. We will never shop at the gap again! read more

Nice store very good prices and clothing, location just in the corner of warm springs and lv blvd, the mall is very crowded and parking too but is recommended to go there to find good deals on clearance, also sign up for a regular customer to get discounts, customer service is good and helpful, highly recommended to all my friends and family, if they run out of anything you like, they can order online and ship it to your house with no extra cost. read more

From the outside, this Gap outlet store appeared very large. Upon walking inside, it was not nearly as big as I imagined. There are clothes for women, men, and children. Everything was well organized except for our favorite section. Clearance section for both men and women was so cluttered and unorganized!!! It was so messy that we ended up just leaving. Will probably return in the future. Have a feeling that the entire store will be neater next time. read more

This Gap Outlet was a okay with me the service was okay and the pricing seem to be decent. They had some summer or after summer specials that looked nice and I checked out some of the pants and activewear and that was good. they won't have a whole lot of people helping or there were very helpful and the selection was a little messy in some places. Bad options inside of the mall are plenty and so I'm not sure that this is the best place to go shopping inside of the mall since there's so many options. read more

As I read the reviews about this Retail Outlet Location, there is a common factor of poor customer service / people skills. All I wanted to do is exchange an item from my online order and I got a bad experience. My whole complaint at this GAP Factory Outlet Location at 7400 S. Las Vegas Blvd. Las Vegas, NV is that the Sales Associate didn't explain the exchange process correctly and then she gave attitude. I can honestly say at this point the Assistant Manager that tried to assist with the situation was trying her best, but I think she is lacking the knowledge of the experience on calming a frustrated customer down by owning up (as a company) to the situation and following it through by assisting the customer on resolving the issue at hand. I ended up calling customer service talking to a pleasant representative who apologized for my bad experience at this location. She had agreed to exchange my online purchase with the correct item and paid for my shipping too. In my opinion working in Public Relations for years, the sales associates needs improvement with customer service, communication and professionalism needs to be corrected as well. read more

This Gap outlet is a tad on the small side, but they pack a lot of punch in a small package. They have something for everyone and shelves and clothes were organized and clean when I visited. That's always key in my book. It is located on the outside of the mall so parking and entering the store is more convenient if it's your only stop as it was mine. I purchased a pair of jeans and service was pleasant and efficient. When I decided to return them the very next day, the return was smooth and quick. Very good shopping experience. read more

You can call me crazy, but this store tends to have better deals than any of the other GAP Outlets. With my sister back in town for the summer, we were the dynamic duo of shopping. Days were dedicated to travel from one side of town to another, but we come here for our basics at bargain prices. There was a drought season where I didn't buy anything from GAP and walking into this store quickly changed that. For the most part, this mid range store tends to play it safe and clean cut for a moderate price. The employees are quick to help, but also know to not swarm around their clientele. Can I give this location 0 stars? That'd be dope. This was last night on 12-5-14. I'm in the GAP outlet shopping for a coat and a sweater for my girlfriend. Nobody asked if I needed help. Then I suddenly hear a series of F bombs and MuthaF this and that. It was an employee. She was cursing a storm and talking about the GAP F'd up her check. Complaining and cursing out some guy for her $90 check and F this and F the GAP.... I left and spent $240 at Tommy Hilfiger and Express. I didn't hear one curse word at any of those stores. I don't know if I'll ever shop at the GAP again after that experience. Not one employee tried to help me and I was in there for 15 minutes. In the past I would have given this place a 5 star, but I really really do not like the Gap Outlet store. Maybe its just me? They hardly had any choices for jeans and thats my reason for shopping there. I am short and need the petite sizes and they only had a small small selection. I feel like the prices are no different then the actual Gap store. A sweater at the outlet store is $45 and probably a few more dollars at the actual Gap store. the poor man's J-Crew...and I'm ok with it. Whenever I need a cardigan, basic tees or every-day jeans- Gap Outlet has always been there, stocked ever so plentifully of colorful cardigans and basic apparel. The prices aren't what it once was years ago, but that's because my friend used to work here and get the employee discount. Now, I pay full price - but not to worry, because it's basically tax free with the purchase of a Gap reusable bag! Purchase the bag, and save 10%...not too bad. I'm always happy when I am offered shopping bags or assistace from the staff, and have found the staff to be very friendly. WIsh they would give out more 30% coupons, so I can relive the good ol' days shopping at the Gap Outlet. read more
