Walking into a clothing store to specifically purchase jeans is like a once in a decade situation for me personally. Levi's jeans just work for me, despite all the trendy boutique options for women these days. I still have a pair that I have owned for maybe 20 years. I love em and they still look great. Low waist, boot cut, some stretch. I'm easy. But not quite as easy as I thought. When did all women start wearing only high-waisted jeans? Not my style. I was a bit overwhelmed and daunted when I chose this Levi's Outlet Store specifically for my "once in a decade" outing to find a few new pair. This location is closest to my home compared to another Levi's outlet and regular Levi's retail stores in Vegas. After being enthusiastically greeted by Sammy at the very busy dressing room who is delivering unexpected WOW moments of kindness to everyone walking in to try stuff on, all while addressing piles and piles and more piles of jeans he and staff will fold, sort and put back, I am still missing the mark on sizing and in-store availability. The frustration of jeans is why this is only a 'once in a decade" outing of me. Enter Skyler to the dressing room after digging around in the back to see if she could find a size for me. Although I walked out with only one pair of jeans this day, between Skyler and Sammy, these two employees really delivered what I did not see coming. Detailed and attentive service to seek out what I was looking for, checking labels for material composition to determine stretch, searching on their computer inventory/website, kicking in any discount they can where they can, and in the making recommendations to have items purchased on line with them right then and there and sent to my house. I am a local and I kind of really never consider this mall like ever for any of my retail shopping needs. I mean like never. It is kind of crappy mall and make no mistake, I still find it a crappy mall. But it is now a crappy mall with a beacon of light parked inside for me at the Levi' Outlet Store. You never know when you might find a great deal at a Levi Outlet. Sometimes there's that one pair of super clearance jeans that just happens to be in your size. There's no way to know if such a thing exists here, the men's clearance jeans wall is a cluster the likes of which have not been seen since Trump took office. The pants are not organized by size, color, or style, so you would need a good hour and a rolling cart to dig through all that they have in hopes of finding a Perfect Pair. While attempting to look, an associate walked right up next to me, placed a pair on the aforementioned wall, and left without saying a word. Though I do appreciate that she waited until she was 6 feet away before checking her phone for breaking Snapchat news. That was as close to employee interaction as I got here, which says a lot. I'm only going two stars because the prices overall were more in line with what an Outlet should be. read more

Just another place to remind us that customer service is dead. Employees are more involved in playing on their phones and laughing and joking with each other to help anyone. After helping ourselves to find the right sizes we waited in line several minutes while at least a half dozen employees linger close to the register joking around and ignoring customers. Customer service is a thing of the past I guess. While I think 'outlet' is definitely a stretch, they do have a huge selection of Levi's merchandise in this large store. There are a few bargains, but overall the prices seemed retail to me. The space itself is well lit and easy to maneuver. Not crammed with merch like some other spaces in this outlet mall. You are able to return online purchases in the store to avoid return shipping fees ($6.95 if you use their label), but it is a process. Not quick at all. If you're looking for something Levi's specific, I would say this is a good place to start. read more

Returned jeans that I ordered online and were too big and she happened to know so much about that style of jeans, showed me some other options, and then ordered a pair similar to the one I got in the size I actually needed. The manager here is rude and have no customer services. Why bother coming here. They had a sign for Levi sweater for $6.99 for hooded sweaters and there was a bunch of them. As we were paying he said the price was $54.xx and I told Him about the sign and walk and showed him he was rude about it and gave attitude I get one of your employees made that mistake but dude at least apologized and at least honored the price for your mistake not stand there and argue with your customers. So the bf needed some new jeans so I suggested that we come here. I don't actually own a pair of Levi's since they never seem to fit me properly, but I know a bunch of people who swear by them. We were greeted by an employee when we first walked in who offered assistance. We wanted to look around first since the bf wasn't too sure what to look for. We wandered to the slim section and noticed that the bf's size was waaaay up high on the wall. Another employee (we called him Kevin Hart) offered assistance and he was really fun to talk to. He got the size down and chatted us up. The bf then tried them on and realized that the slims were definitely not his style. He then found the 505 Regular that fit him perfectly. They were on a deal for $39.99 when you buy 2 and we found another pair which were 50% off. So I think we made off pretty good with 3 pairs of jeans. Overall, it was a successful shopping trip. The employees were friendly and helpful and we made off with 3 pairs. We will definitely be back. read more

I was a little disappointed when I came here last night. I came here looking for boot cut jeans specifically Levi's 518 and Levi's 524. I couldn't find them anywhere in the store. Maybe I didn't look hard enough? Anyway, when I've shopped here in the past, I would get greeted by a sales person right away. And I've never had a problem with finding someone to help me. Last night was a different story. There were sales people around but they were busy talking to each other. There two young ladies discussing why one off them had to close the store by herself because two of her coworkers called out sick. They didn't even notice me standing right next to them. What happened employees of Levi's? What's up with the nonexistence of customer service? It would have been nice if someone had asked me if I needed help. Being my first time there, I didn't know where to look for a black denim jacket. Right away one of the associates asked if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction. When I got to that part of the store (big store), Nick was working that area and asked me if he could help. I told Nick what I was looking for and he went right to the black denim jackets. Being out of season, they only had 3 small ones left. I knew a small size wouldn't fit, but didn't know what size would. With Nick's assistance, I tried on several jackets of different sizes and different styles just to be sure I knew the right size. I was thinking I would just order online. But Nick got out his company phone with a special app on it and was able to see the inventory of all the stores that had the size I wanted. Nick also got out his phone ( at the same time, I saw this and said "double dipping huh?" )and was looking at the online store to see what kind of deals they were offering. Turns out the best deal was right there in the sore. Nick was able to locate my size in another store in Arizona. With Nick's help and an associate from that other store in Arizona, we took care of the payment over the phone. Because I don't like giving my credit card number out over the phone, Nick said we can just do a gift card. Then we did. The other store was able to send to me at my home address that black denim jacket in my size with free shipping! I got a great deal on my black denim jacket with Nick's help! Nick went above and beyond helping me with this purchase! I will be going there again, the customer service was excellent and I got a great deal! read more
