They always welcome everyone as you walk in, they ask if they can help you. They are nice and helpful except when it's time to check out. This is not my first bad experience here with cashiers but today took the cake! First and foremost, I was behind a women with returns. So the cashier transfered her to another cashier and then started ringing up someone who wasn't even in line until they came along. Aka - they cut and these ladies did not care! Then fast forward to later that day I found a 25% off coupon and since I just made the purchase, I wanted a price adjustment. This woman gave me the biggest attitude and didn't tell me what she was doing. She did a return and rung me up again but instead of telling me what she was doing, she just kept barking orders at me! If you do not enjoy working with customers, then quit! Not only did she not tell me she was doing a return, she didn't even give me a receipt saying a return was processed! So now I'm waiting for my credit card statement to make sure I was only charged once. I didn't do anything to her and the way she treated me is why I will never go back to this store. This store itself is large and has the typical items you would find at any other location. The difference between this location and others is that the shopping experience here is completely different. Every time I shop here I am reminded about how much I actually don't like coming in. The store is typically packed with people, the store is usually disorganized, many items are damaged, and the staff is often rude. For these reasons I prefer to shop at the store in Hadley. Overall, this could be a decent store if it got a bit more organized and the staff had a better attitude. I hope that the next time I come in this shop is doing better.

Tried to return a pair of baby leggings I ordered online on 7/20/16. The women behind the register…read morewere adamant that the return policy is 45 days. The shipping label clearly says that items can be returned to the store in 60 days. I was in a hurry to get to a doctor's appointment so didn't argue the point. I had just returned an item bought on the same day from the Gap with no problem. Please educate your staff on the return policy. I'm not going back for $5.99. I think I'll mail them back to the president of Old Navy and let him know that they need to train their staff better.
