Ended up here while looking for wall shelves and similar storage solutions. It was somewhat difficult for me to find what I was looking for. I kept ending up in the unofficial "storage solutions" section, which included over-the-door racks, drawer organizers, shower caddies, and various cabinet organizers. Figuring there had to be something else, I looked for an employee to ask for help and couldn't find anyone. The store was the size of a Wal-Mart, and the whole time I was there, I only saw two employees - one at a checkout counter and one stocking merchandise. Eventually, I asked the latter for help, and they seemed rather uninterested, like I was distracting them from something else. I usually prefer not being approached or guided by employees, but that's not the same as not being able to find any help when you have a question about a product. I did eventually find wall shelves in the "wall decor" section, which held things like picture frames, clocks, and wall art. That's not a problem, I just wish I was able to get help finding it and not have to just wander through the store lost. The shelves, clocks, and other wall installations were really haphazardly organized, as if they'd just been shoved onto the shelves in any random order. There wasn't a lot of variety in them, so we kind of settled for something mostly because we really didn't want to have to go to another home goods store. The store as a whole is... fine, I guess. But between the disorganization and the difficulties in finding anything (including someone to check you out), I wouldn't go there again.

The house contained an absolutely overwhelming amount of STUFF. Yet somehow, Lynne always found a place to begin, or proposed a goal that could be attained. Lynne has been such a huge help; committed to keeping me focused on the tasks at hand, and firm in her belief that I could accomplish them. Countless times Lynne listened to my doubts and indecision, then gently asked questions about how the object that had me "stuck" in that moment would pertain to MY life, or would be used in MY home, and often helped me realize that it was something that I could part with. There were moments where I was ready to shut down in distress and shame (the discovery of a mouse nest in a desk drawer comes to mind) but Lynne helped me to clean it up, get over it, and carry on. There were also moments of laughter, like after finding multiple vegetable peelers, we decided to keep a count of just how many were to be found in the house; kitchen, pantry and basement (there were 17, several new in their packaging). Clearing out the house has been a demanding journey, and I am so grateful to have had Lynne by my side to help me navigate it. I don't mean to portray her as some kind of over the top super-hero (she too is human!) but gosh, I could not have asked for a more accepting, supportive and steadfast person to help me with this monumental task. Stephanie showed me a preview of my closet and showed me samples of the types of woods and handles. The day came and 2 gentleman and build my closet. The drawers didn't come, there was a bit of communication. They came when the drawers were in and installed them. The left a tiny hole on the stairs and I informed Stephanie. CC came and fixed it. I absolutely love my closet and it's everything I wanted. I get so many compliments on it. It's something I have always wanted since owning a home and I finally got it. CC does financing and they guarantee their work for its lifetime.
