I love the studio; it is bright and spacious. Not underground or in a basement somewhere like some studios are.There is a regular group that comes to these classes and even though they all know each other, they are warm and inclusive of new people. The only thing holding me back from giving RNS Barre class five stars is that weights aren't used and I don't feel I get much of an upper arm workout. The staff is always helpful and friendly. The place remains clean, I can always get on the machines I need, the cardio equipment is accessible no matter what time you go, members are courteous, the layout is great and they've also recently redone the bathrooms which makes the place look really nice. Tanning & a smoothie bar is also offered which is a plus. 10/10 would recommend this gym to anyone looking for the best gym around.

The cancellation process seems intentionally difficult. Be very careful before signing up. It is extremely difficult to cancel, and the company continues attempting to charge additional fees even after you request cancellation.

I know it looks a little daunting, but it's really not intimidating at all once you start! Syria is a wonderful teacher and gets you used to the hammock, giving you direction every step of the way. You only have to do what you are comfortable with. The studio is big and bright (it's a dance studio as well), classes are small (8 max) so you really feel like your getting a personalized session. I found the whole place very welcoming. As with most yoga, it's a little expensive but your body feels relaxed and well stretched after. The hammock helps you really stretch out using gravity instead of putting a lot of pressure on your joints. They accept PayPal or cash and booking is easy online! I highly recommend it!
