My husband told him that it wasn't happening because the door was only $400. The guy got hot and argued, leaving the conversation with "We're all freaking broke." As if that would persuade my husband to buy his services. He then sat in his truck on the phone for maybe 10 minutes, like he was trying to come up with something to sell us. My son then ran to Menards, found a replacement coil for $60, and fixed it for us. The door works great now... $60, not $1000! This company is a bunch of scammers looking to rip off people.
