The bracket that was holding the rod and spring against the wall came partly off the wall. It looked like it was going to fully pop off the wall at any time. Rene from Trinity had fixed it on the same day I contacted them. He said if it came off again he would bring longer fasteners to reattach the bracket on the wall. About 2 and a half months later, it came off again on Mother's Day of all days. Feeling bad, (I should have waited til the next day) I reached out to them and still got a reply for an appointment. Rene and company came back with the long fasteners as he said he would, and reattached it with no extra charge. A week later, it came out again, the wall couldn't support it anymore and they returned to reposition the bracket at a different spot and secured it even more with another bracket, at no additional cost. Bottom Line: A very quick and responsive company that provides a quality service at a good price and does the work right. I had an extremely old 1940's single panel garage door that leaked when it rains and the swing mechanism had busted, so was inoperable. I called several companies out to see if it could be repaired, and when it became clear that repair wasn't an option I went with Trinity Garage Door for a whole door replacement. Rene was quick and responsive from the beginning and seemed like he knew what he was doing from the get go. His quote was as well priced as the other ones I received and I felt more confident in his work product. Unfortunately on the day they did the work it was raining, and I was unable to be there for the install, so I had a relative there to help with any questions. But challenging conditions to say the least. To add to the challenge, they had to replace an extremely old and heavy door with a new mechanism and door. A pretty big job. Needless to say everything went super smooth and it looks absolutely great. Of note, since the garage is old, not everything is square and level, so when they initially put the door in, it wasn't closing exactly perfect. Half the contractors I've dealt with would have left it like that (or changed the price) and gone to the next job saying it's not their issue. I used YELP to request multiple quotes for a one car garage door install. I needed a zero clearance door so as not to remove the overhead storage shelf in my garage. I had 4-5 companies come out. One company told me I had to remove the storage, one company told me they would have to charge extra, one company told me they would have to special order the door. The only company that said we can do that was Trinity Garage door! Rene came to my house to provide me a quote. He was friendly and attentive. He listened to exactly what I said. He showed me a photo of a similar install he had just done. Rene brought samples of the three different garage doors they install. The other companies only provided brochures or suggested I looked at their websites. With the samples Rene showed me I could really get a feel for the quality of the doors. Rene recommended the steel insulated garage door. The difference in price between the mid grade door and the higher end steel insulated door was not much. Rene and another employee came out on a Friday morning. They removed my old garage door and installed the new one in about three hours. They were thorough, cleaned up after themselves and hauled away the old door. Rene explained how to operate the door and went over the warranty information with me. The garage door motor is quiet and the garage door is solid feeling. It won't damage easily! This is one of the easiest and most inexpensive home improvement projects I have done. Frustrated with my garage door opener not always opening, I decided to program my car. I'm pretty good at tech stuff and was all set to program it. Locating the "learn" button was impossible without removing the actual opener because it's mounted to a beam that runs across the width of the garage (or so I thought). I got an estimate the day before to remove (to reach the button), program the car & put opener back in place and possibly a new remote for $350! Without the new remote $250.
