Repaired the cable counterbalance on one garage door. Changed all the wheels and and bearings on 2 doors. Adjusted and lubricated both drive chains and motors. After the tech completed his work he explained to me how to care for the doors. I called for a service appointment Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for Saturday morning. I was given a 2 hour window. Within that 2 hour window the tech called to say he would arrive within 10 minutes and did. I showed him the broken door. He explained what he said needed to be done and asked if I wanted the adjustments and tuneup performed on our 2nd door. I told him to proceed and he was done in an hour.
