They came out, but did not spend a lot of time with me; I was debating between purchasing another wood fence or an aluminum fence. We have a very large backyard so this would be a big project. I also called Paramount for an estimate. The salesman we had was Laura. She spent more than 45 minutes discussing where the Fence should go, how it would look with the house, and the differences between wood and aluminum. Paramount was a little bit higher in price compared to our old company, but the big difference was the expertise and professionalism! Laura was so detailed oriented and continued even after the deposit was made to keep us updated on the progress of our project, due to gates having to be special ordered. It has only been six weeks since installation, so I cannot comment on long-term durability, but I can comment on their initial work. We had a great flood on the Fourth of July, which was only three days after installation! My husband and I were having an anxiety attack since you're not supposed to even open the gate for two or three days after installation. As you can see in the video, the Fence held.
