My friend recommended Garage Doors 360. I filled out a request online and within an hour received a text from Noah asking me to give him a call on the work I needed done. (This was on a Sunday at 8:00pm) I explained that I needed a new garage door opener. Noah and his wife came out the very next day, after I got home from work, to look at the opener. Noah confirmed that my very old opener was shot and that I needed a new one. He had one in the van and within 45 minutes it was installed, up and running. If I could give a rating of higher than 5 stars, I would. My wife and I came home from the grocery store to our new house. The garage door was literally falling off the rails, wedged itself, and would not open. Noah and Erin came out to fix it, and fix it they did. I was very impressed with Noah and Erin's knowledge of garage doors and opener systems, and their ability to fix them. Long story short, the garage door was not originally installed properly but Noah and Erin quickly diagnosed every aspect of the door and opener system that needed fixing and fixed it in a timely manner. After making the repairs, they physically showed me everything they did and why. Their knowledge, courtesy, professionalism, and kindness are all second to none. Contacted Noah at Garage Doors 360 with a problem I was having with my door sensors. Him and Erin showed up within 20 minutes and replaced the sensors. Took the time to explain to me how the new sensors were set up and how they worked. They also noticed that the two door cables were very rusted and were beginning to fray (something I would not have noticed until the cables snapped) so I had them replace those while they were here.
