It was 6pm. Garage door wouldn't open. My fiancée and her cousins couldn't figure it out and they needed the car out of the garage asap. I wasn't home so I had to call someone. He got there on time. He found a couple problems, gave me a quote . We agreed and he was able to fix it right away. I 1st realized I had a problem when I attempted to let the garage door up and it would not go all the way it was open about 3 to 4" from the ground I was very nervous and did not know what to do as the code indicated excessive force. I decided to call the 1-888# on the sticker and someone answered. I was so surprised because it was late after 11pm. Mohammed assisted me with troubleshooting which helped me get the door back down. He was there the next day on time, serviced the door, replaced coil springs, a bracket, the light bulb and helped me reprogram the access code. I contacted Mohamed on Sunday afternoon and he responded almost immediately and then attended on Monday morning. We discussed a number of problems with the approx 25 year Sears system and he identified correctly the problems experienced and likely to continue. He proposed a number of priced options and I chose a WiFi based Chamberlain system, which as well known brand seemed to be good value. In about an hour, he removed the old motor and system and installed the new one. He guided me through the set-up process and said to call him if there were any problems.
