Randi also made a huge effort even before our first appointment to understand exactly what I was needing, and asked me to send her some photos that were both fun and also pertaining to what I used the room we would be working on for (i.e. that showed what kinds of items I make in my sewing and craft room). I call myself a mini hoarder, especially when it comes to fabrics and crafts, and she was so patient and non-judgmental towards me. It's very reassuring as well to know that she has so many years of experience working with other adults with ADHD. She snuck in some helpful gems of how to stay organized as we were working through our 3 hours without me really realizing it, but that info sunk in. Only a day after working with her, I found myself looking at a few lamps in that and another room and thinking, "I can donate those - I can let them and tons of other things like those go, and it will make my life much easier and less stressful to let them go. We're not even using them or haven't for 6 years!" She was very inspiring and working with her made me excited to do more, not only in that room but in the rest of the house. First, they showed up to help me trudge through the terrible job of purging and got me super organized. The painful process was somehow made doable by Kat and her team (shout out to Emmerie!), with their firm but gentle persistence to get it all done. They really kept me on task/gave direction when I needed to sift through things which was incredibly helpful. Otherwise when I had to work or was busy with my kids they never seem to waste a minute. Moving with two toddlers was completely overwhelming, but they unpacked and got us organized in the new house in just two days. I called them back to organize the garage I'd managed to stuff full with overflow and in just a day they had it all perfectly purged, sorted and stacked. They showed up on-time and worked without stopping aside from a short lunch break (which was always fun getting to chat with them) -which was quite impressive given the slog I put them through. They are delightful and super enjoyable and easy to work with, I cannot recommend this crew highly enough!!

Denise did the design, the required budgeting, and the planning work upfront to make sure all the required materials would be ready. Then, being the one-stop-shop she is, Denise and her team were able to supervise the clean-up, do the required touch up of paint and such, assemble new furniture pieces, and provide and install all the original art needed to make the place a show stopper. We were super satisfied with the results and feel only an approach like Denise's could have got this done on time and on budget!

They left me with a beautifully organized home, including all the drawers, cabinets, closets, even the "junk" drawer (which is too nice to even be called a junk drawer now lol) and the peg board in the garage! We hired this cleaning company because we urgently needed our house cleaned for rental showings…read more They offered same-day availability, which was the main reason we chose them. They charged us $300 for a 1,509 sq ft house -- despite the fact that the home had brand-new blinds, brand-new flooring in all three bedrooms, and no refrigerator to clean. This was absolutely not a discounted or bargain price. Before hiring them, they specifically promised they would come back and address anything my realtor found unsatisfactory after the cleaning. Based on that promise, I paid them in full immediately after the service. A few days later, my realtor inspected the property and found the cleaning quality extremely poor. She provided them with a detailed list of areas that were still dirty. One toilet was so poorly cleaned that my realtor cleaned it herself. On another toilet, instead of properly scrubbing blue staining inside the toilet, they simply suggested replacing the whole toilet altogether. That alone tells you the level of effort they put into the job. The dishwasher was still dirty. Windows, baseboards, drawers, and other surfaces were visibly dirty. There were even cobwebs still hanging on the walls. When I contacted them to come back as promised, their attitude immediately changed. They were rude, dismissive, and kept delaying scheduling. I gave them my husband's number to coordinate a return visit, and they said the earliest they could come was Saturday (nearly a week later). Then on Saturday, they suddenly claimed they would not return unless someone was physically present at the house to inspect their work. This made absolutely no sense because they already knew the property was vacant and that we were remote landlords. They had completed the original cleaning using an access code with nobody present, so this was clearly just an excuse to avoid honoring their promise. After that, they stopped answering calls from both me and my husband entirely. The house was still dirty, and we ended up paying another cleaning company to redo the entire job properly. Unprofessional, dishonest, and extremely poor-quality work. I would strongly discourage anyone from using this company. Respond to the owner's response: you lied! (1) The toilet was totally cleanable. The second cleaner cleaned this toilet with no problem. It looks very clean now. But you even didn't try and simply asked me to buy a new toilet. What a moron. Another toilet shown in the picture showed how my realtor easily cleaned after you still left it dirty! (2) my husband said he didn't clearly agree to have someone come for you because your accent was strong and he couldn't clearly hear what you said. Simply not realistic for us to agree. When he called you, you also didn't tell him which day and time you could come back to clean the house either. Later when I called you to come back, I already explained to you why we couldn't have someone on the spot waiting for you because it was an empty house and we couldn't hire someone to wait for you there. You knew this already even before we let you clean our house at the beginning, because we gave you the house access code to come in and nobody was there! We told you our realtor would come a few days later to check and asked if you could come back to finish cleaning if she pointed out dirty places. You agreed which is why we gave you money to do it. Unfortunately we paid you in full on the same day you did the cleaning. So you can become a moron later. You simply didn't want to keep your own promise to come back to finish cleaning. You could simply say you would come back to finish cleaning what we pointed out and no more trips if my realtor found out more later. However you simply refused to answer our phone and disappeared! If you continue to lie in public here after causing us so much stress and financial loss by hiring a second cleaner, I will further seek related third party for help. I don't believe such a horribly bad company could lie like this in public.

If you are looking for great customer service from start to finish you found the right company. I contacted Garage Monkeyz after reading Yelp reviews via their website on a Friday night. Tiffany called me Monday morning and she was at my home Monday evening giving me a rough estimate for Overhead Storage, Flooring and Cabinets. Tuesday afternoon I had a detailed Estimate arrive via email that included a CAD Drawing of what we discussed and the breakdown of cost to do the work. Since my dream garage was out of reach to do all at once, Tiffany said we can do the work in stages to meet our needs. She also recommended a company to install a Garage Door Opener for us and they were amazing as well. The guys arrived at the time they said they would, 8:30 am. No two hour window or we will call you when we are on our way. The guys were professional and made sure that they measured, inspected the attic, and remeasured again instead of just poking holes looking for a ceiling joist to anchor in to (for some reason the boards were not all the same distance apart). I really liked that they used the blue painters tape to mark out the measurements instead of marking on the drywall. The install took about 6 hours to complete and they left my garage cleaner than it was when they arrived. Next on my list...having the Garage Floor done, and I already know who to call. read more

Garage Monkeyz recently completed a "remodel" of the garage in a new house I just purchased. The person who did the garage organization system in my old house is no longer in business, and I was concerned about finding another business that would do as good a job as in my old house. Garage Monkeyz is wonderful! From the very beginning, with the measuring and estimate preparation, owner Jane Taylor listened carefully to me as I expressed my needs. She came to the old house to see my previous system, since I was interested in replicating it as much as possible. She was pleasant, and extremely professional. When she measured the new space, it was larger than my old one and she made suggestions for maximizing its use. And, as it turned out, she recently started carrying the cabinets I loved so much in my old house, so I got to have them at the new place! Installation was on time, and her installers were also pleasant, professional, and on task, not wasting any work time on site, this in spite of the triple digit heat the two days they installed my storage systems. Garage Monkeyz did a superb job with my garage. I just got tired of picking up a tool and having to clean the spiders off before I used it! They got me maximum storage out of the space I had with floor to ceiling cabinets, and a slat wall. The cabinets had a custom cutout for the electrical panel, and the cabinet feet were raised off the ground so that the dolly would slide underneath. Pricing was good and execution was spot on. I appreciated the fact that I could select different slat wall fixtures as the job went on and I learned what was most effective.I highly recommend the magnetic tool hanger. I have a 2-car garage that had become so cluttered, I couldn't fit one car in. Jane and her team at Garage Monkeyz came in and installed monkey bars* a system of shelves and hooks that provide a really efficient way of moving items off the floor yet keeping the things that are used regularly accessible. Bob is very responsive to messages which I appreciate but this was a job at an unoccupied home (belonging to my parents) with a hidden key so I did want more updates (especially with my folks constantly asking me). I did not receive notification of job start or finish. I had to reach out to get that. I didn't find out that the job was completed until the following day. I received an immediate reply to my messages which is nice but like I said, I'd have preferred more proactive communication. Not a big deal but worth mentioning. Ultimately, a pleasant experience and we're all happy with the results.

PSF was the third company I met with, and after my initial visit with Sam, I knew I had found the right one. Sam took the time to listen to what I wanted, patiently answered every question, and never made me feel rushed. We discussed my vision for transitioning from tile to wood flooring, and he immediately put me at ease by explaining it wouldn't be a problem. Even after the visit, I had more questions, especially about floor preparation and the contract language. Having a construction attorney in the family tends to make you read every word! Sam continued to answer my questions and worked with me on the contract until I was completely comfortable moving forward. Even though paying 50% upfront was difficult, I felt confident I had chosen the right company. That confidence was rewarded on installation day. Tony and his crew were outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Tony and Johnny whose attention to detail was exceptional. It was obvious they take tremendous pride in their work, and it shows in every room. The staircase, in particular, is a work of art. Tony also noticed the original stair trim wouldn't match the new baseboards and suggested replacing it. That extra attention to detail made all the difference. The new trim, along with the beautifully caulked and painted baseboards, gave the entire project a truly finished look. The first time he put together a catio and redid caulk in baths and windows. The second time was today when he repaired some areas on the walls that needed patching. He did a marvelous job, you cannot tell now that there was ever an issue. He applied the drywall, textured and painted. I find the hourly rate to be very reasonable. If supplies are needed the pro savings are passed on to the customer. They get my highest recommendation!
