I first came into Garcia Chiropractic after experiencing low back pain while at work. My pain was severe enough that it made it difficult for me to stand, walk, stoop, or even sit for any extended period of time. Dr Garcia was friendly and very informative as he walked me through each step of my first consultation, x-rays and his proposed treatment plan. His plan for me consisted of three visits a week for adjustments, traction as well as massage therapy with Samantha. My chiropractic appointments usually begin with a friendly greeting from Patti at the front door and then a massage session with Samantha. It is very evident to me that these sessions are a very important part to my road to recovery. Samantha is knowledgeable about various techniques that allow here to effectively reach the areas of my low back as well as surrounding areas that are tight and in need of attention. I always leave the massage table feeling less tightness and my muscles are more relaxed and ready my adjustment with Dr Garcia. I have been a patient of Dr Garcia's for a few months. I have struggled with neck pain, Parkinson's, stiff achy muscles, and Lymphedema. He said he would check my spine and determine if he could help me or not. My spine was very out of align. He explained clearly with X-rays how he could help with my alignment and how it would help with many of my physical problems. He said his masseuse could help with my Lymphedema. Everyone in the office is very nice. They are always polite, friendly, on time, and ready to be there for their patients. I always get a very good massage from his masseuse before Dr. Garcia treats me. After he adjusted me, he let my body relax for a while before he checked to see if he can help reduce any more of my pain. He would try many different techniques no matter how long it took. I could tell he really cared about me. He always has lots of positive energy, and is very supportive. He makes me feel very comfortable, and optimistic. At the end of this June I found myself really hobbling around. My lower back was really painful. Driving the car and entering and exiting the car seat were excruciating. My neck was bad, but because it had been such a slow progression of pain, I was just tolerating it. At my wits end, I summoned Siri, asked her who is the best, closest chiropractor for me. WOW!! Best chiropractor in the OC area! Found Dr. Garcia at a Farmers Market in Soco (Costa Mesa). I received a great deal as a new patient and decided to give it a try. I was skeptical at first having tried acupuncture, physical therapy, and herbal remedies. Nothing would get rid of the back/neck pain I was experiencing. At the first visit Dr.Garcia took x rays and gave me a new patient consultation. I learned alot!! Second visit he went over my treatment plan, gave me a stellar adjustment and booked me a massage. I meet Dr. Garcia in church. He was very cordial as I asked him a question. I have been suffering with sciatic nerve damage for years. Basically living on Aleve to ease the pain. After several weeks of putting if off making an appointment I finally did. Not too sure of what to expect going to a chiropractor. I was so amazed, Dr. Garcia explained everything about healing this problem. Seeing the X-Ray startled and scared me at the same time. Warm Friendly Clean Office!! I found Dr.Garcia through his yelp reviews and so glad i decided to make an appt. When i called the receptionist was very friendly and answered all my questions I had prior to my appt. My first appt i was a little nervous because I had never seen a chiropractor before. Dr.Garcia took the time to make me feel comfortable and explained what was occurring in my neck. He was very well versed on anatomy and I immediately felt confident I was in the right place. I have been seeing Dr. Garcia for nearly two months now, and I'm doing so much better. Had a lower back nerve problem that he quickly diagnosed then did the adjustments to get me out surfing again. I was impressed with Dr. Garcia's office. He was very caring and thorough. I felt taken care of every step of the way. Highly recommend him! I must have slept wrong because one morning I woke up with a very stiff neck. I couldn't turn it to the right at all... My cousin convinved me to go to her Chiropractor that was near. The first time I was adjusted by Dr. Garcia was during the beginnings of a migraine headache several years ago. He adjusted me and within minutes, literally minutes, I started feeling the stabbing pain in the back of my head receding. I was in a car accident years ago and had moderate headaches ever since. I started to see Dr. Garcia for adjustments and my headaches started to go away.
