I talked with both you (crown valley) and my insurance for weeks because this location used the wrong code for the mri. So essentially, I was approved for an mri by my insurance and crown valley input the wrong code for my insurance forcing me to lose coverage and pay a massive fee. Take accountability and refund me- this behavior is common as you can see in multiple other reviews. THIS LOCATION IS A SCAM DO NOT GO!!!

Unfortunately, the staff members who answered the phone were not very professional and showed little empathy for my situation. However throughout the years of visits I experienced gradual disrespect mainly from Walter and then eventually it became Christina as well as them not picking up the phone or cancelling appointments. I'm not sure if it is due to the fear of being called out that they misdiagnosed me many times for a tumor to have been malicious to be told that it's benign, or just simply Walter's and Christina's disrespect had grown to a level of arrogance where they thought there would be no consequences. I feel it could also be that they were unhappy to honor their Groupon price as well as I tend to go for body scans . I want to add the occasionally when the phone is picked up by someone who isn't them two I would be told that Christina would call me back to schedule as I have an interval to be scanned. Radiologist readings or not I need to see the images, and I need to see for myself. This immature ghosting behavior has gone on for half a year or more. Chris, the MRI tech was awesome as well, completely putting my mind at ease, updating me frequently through the dreaded MRI which helped calm my nerves. The office was efficient, ran on time, immaculate, clean, and organized. The special note of this office which I appreciate - I was given a single rose as I was leaving my appointment as a "thank you for having your MRI done with us today." Nice touch.

The procedure is done so smoothly, and they not only give you a disk right away, they also give you flowers. And even better, they are able to give you your result within 24 hours. From the ease of scheduling my appointment to walking out with a flash drive of my scans, CoreViva…read morewas a 5-star experience! Upon arrival, I was quickly escorted to my private changing room where comfy sweatpants, a t-shirt and socks were laid out for me. The MRI tech (who looked more like a sales associate in a high-end store) greeted me and helped me load into the MRI machine. It was noisy, but the ear plugs and headphones helped (I listened to my favorite music during the 45 minute scan). I never felt trapped or claustrophobic. I learned later that as the images are created, they are immediately viewed by the radiologist on site. I barely had time to change before they told me that the doctor was ready to review my scans with me. I saw Dr. Brian Tsui. He was warm and caring and thoroughly answered all of my questions. He went from head to toe and reviewed the normal findings and some areas needing follow-up. Some of the findings were surprising, but I am enormously grateful to Dr. Tsui and the team for helping me to understand what's going on in my body and encouraging me to take steps to improve my health. Dr. Tsui is very fit and even gave me tips of exercises to improve strength and minimize inflammation! A few days later I had a very thoroughly prepared report that summarized his findings organ by organ, and system by system, outlining diagnoses of normal findings and things to monitor. I must admit that I was apprehensive about finding something with a full-body scan because almost everyone does. But my apprehension turned into immense gratitude to CoreViva--particularly for Dr. Tsui's exceptional diagnostic skills and desire to help his patients live healthier lives. The service is top notch, the experience is next level, and the actual technology that Core Viva has is actually unbelievable.. like literally the fact that you get your results MINUTES after your scan is unheard of!! When I tell you that I have developed SEVERE health anxiety after having my fifth baby, I'm not kidding.. I couldn't sleep at night, couldn't focus on anything else. I even rescheduled due to being so scared! I needed either peace of mind, or to figure out what was triggering my body to be so out of wack all of a sudden. I watched a steady stream of patients get up to ask the front desk how much longer it would be. The answer was the same every time: we don't know. Sit down. Wait. When I was finally called up, it was not to be seen. It was to be told they don't accept my insurance. The exact insurance we provided when we booked. The exact insurance they confirmed when they took the appointment. An hour of my life burned because nobody at this office bothered to verify a single line of information before I drove in and sat down. The woman behind me in line had been waiting two hours past her appointment. Still not seen. The receptionist was lovely. That is not the issue. The issue is that this entire operation has decided patients are a captive audience. That our time has no value. That "we don't know" is a complete sentence. That confirmed appointments are suggestions and posted appointment times are decorative. Hospitals and imaging centers seem to think they get to behave like the DMV. They do not. There are other providers. There are other systems. And I will be using them. Run your front office. Verify insurance before the appointment, not after. Communicate with the people sitting in your lobby. Treat the appointment time as a commitment, not a placeholder. Until then, save people the trip. Hands-down, the worst experience at a doctors office. You guys are an absolute embarrassment.

I'm only 30 years old and I did not have any abnormalities (just some fibrous tissue) that my primary care was too concerned about and told me I did not need to get a mammogram for this. Just a basic check up. Upon the appointment, I had told the hospital staff I was not going to get a mammogram and they agreed. However, the doctor kept pushing me I ended up crying in the doctors office because of how pushy he was. Literally forcing unnecessary pressure on a young patient who vocalized multiple times did not want a mammogram but the doctor said he would not write me a diagnosis if I didn't.
