I originally had one tech and for an…read moreappointments she didn't show up and she kept doing my nails without taking off my tips for a long time which made the nails thick and heavy. She kept putting polish over them. Then the owner started to do my nails and she drilled off the tips. One time she tried to talk me into just putting a fresh coat of polish over the previous without drilling the old one off. Last draw, I had a nail appt and I arrived on time. I did not need a pedicure and that was a problem for the owner because she had other people to do and she told me that I would have to wait because I told her that I was going to get a pedicure and that's how she scheduled. I said my appointment has always been set at the same time for a while and a pedicure is not needed. She probably over booked. I went to my old place to get nails done and they were horrorified at the layers of colors on my nails. The new salon said that it should have not been done this way. Stay away from the owner and salon is thwy are expensive and not truthful when it comes to what is best for your nails. unprofessional.
