I've been looking for a hair stylist to give me exactly what I wanted and after a few, I started to lose hope that Tampa didn't have any or that I would have to drive farther. I started looking again and came across a few of Laura's hair cutting photos of exactly what I wanted and I called Monday and got an appointment on Friday with her. I arrived at my appointment and Laura let me know that she was behind on schedule and that she would be with me right away. I showed her one of her photos along with some face framing that I wanted done and she blew it out of the park! She gave me exactly what I wanted and was such a sweet and gentle soul. I'm an elderly woman with already short cut, I booked an appointment for a trim and style and got my haircut by Richard (whom never introduced himself). 20 mins later I was told that will be $65. No where online does it state that a woman's short haircut would cost that price. Had I known in advance the pricing I would've walked out! The cut around my ears is longer on one side. Tammy gave me a hair cut/blow dry and did a great job. She listened when I asked her to keep some length and gave me lots of tips to better take care of my hair. I think the only con was the price. My hair was $55 and I found that to be kind of pricey for just the cut and dry. I realize that I didn't stroll into Super Cuts so that's why I will be back again but wanted to notate that so people are aware when you're building your appointment. read more

**UPDATE: owner Laura called me offering to refund me and fix my hair and was very apologetic** I've been going to Alexis for about 6 months or so. My first couple appointments were great. I don't know if she stopped caring about me or what. The picture is my haircut last Saturday. I just asked her to cut off the split ends and even it out. I'm sad to say it was in better shape before. Also my hair color is about 2 shades darker than I wanted and my hair is NOT hard to color. I paid $102 for an all over color and cut, which is about $40 more than I paid a few months prior for the same service. I have tried to reach out to them via social media and phone call. They don't seem to care about it too much. So now I'm going to another salon tomorrow to get my hair cut fixed, I have to pay for it, and it's going to be about an inch shorter than I wanted it. I really have been happy up until my last 2 appointments. I'm just not sure why the quality in service changed. This is just unacceptable. read more

I'm new to the area and was in desperate need for a hair cut (over 8 inches were cut) it started out fine I asked for a little longer than shoulder length with long blended layers and light framing around the face. We just moved to Florida from California so we need to find a new hair dresser. My husband found this place on Yelp and we decided to give it a try. At first, there was a messed up with the appointment. Then Richard cleared the air and let Tammy took care of me instead. Tammy was very nice, talkative, and sweet. I had a root touch up and a haircut. The haircut was just so so. I've never had a haircut that simple. It was a layer but she didn't layer it enough. When I made the appointment, the receptionist said $63 for a root touch up. My final bill was $120. So I figured my haircut was $57. The most expensive haircut I've ever had. My husband also had a haircut for $30. The most expensive he's ever had. Our bill was $150 plus $40 tip. Overall, it was an okay place. We tried and we won't come back. I booked a basic haircut for 5:30pm today. I had never been to this salon before. I received a phone call at 4:35, asking if I could please arrive early, since they had some time freed up. I told them I would leave my house in five minutes and be on my way. I fought my way through rush-hour traffic, arriving at 5:04 PM. No one was at the reception desk. A stylist who was working on someone else's here greeted me, and I told her my name, and that I had an appointment, and they had asked me to come early. She said oh, that's Anastasia. She'll be with you in just a moment, she nodded over towards the direction of two girls who were working on one clients foils, they didn't seem to be in any hurry. I waited another 10 minutes and decided to stand up and stretch my legs. The lady assured me that Anastasia was almost done at 5:26, with no indication that I would be getting in anytime soon, I walked out. Very poor client, relations and communication. Definitely will not be going back and do not recommend! read more

She is so sweet and very easy to chat with. The vibe here is really relaxing and peaceful. So disappointed in the customer service here. I made an appointment for Dec 1st at 9am a couple days before. I arrived at 9am and NO ONE was here. I even had a confirmation text that I confirmed the day prior for 9am. They aren't even open until 10am. So why are you guys booking and confirming for times the store isn't even open? So I waited and came back in at 9:55am to see if I could get just a trim for the time they open at 10am. JUST A TRIM. The guy at the counter Richard I think his name is didn't seem sorry about the situation at all that he wasted my time. Even tried to tell me the appointment was for yesterday. But I have my confirmation text message that says Dec 1st for 9am... He then tells me "Well I have an appointment for someone else at 10am so can you come back at 11am?" Seriously.. Made a last minute yesterday, and I was able to go in and work with Chaena. I came in and discussed what kind of haircut I wanted. We settled on a long undercut kinda pixie hairstyle. I went and got my haie shampooed by one of the front desk workers (I think her name was Ashley, not 100%) she was a lot of fun to talk to while getting mt hair washed. Dries my hair a bit and then went over and started getting my hair cut. We ended up talking about hair color, bands and concerts. Chaena was a great listener and is amazing at her craft! Is an okay salon but they don't care about the virus nor do they do anything to protect their clients. I was there for an appointment and nobody was wearing a mask nor did they disinfect after services were finished. When I went the air conditioner was not working. I was sweating so much and wearing a mask I asked the owners (very unfriendly), to cancel my appointment and to call me when it was fixed. It seems this and me wearing a mask pissed them off. They never called me. It seems they don't want clients that believe there is an epidemic. Very irresponsible. I like looking good but I rather be healthy than having a good cut. read more
