I understand the frustration if they were previously told not to come into work but concerns should be expressed to management, not customers. Alexandra cut my teenage brother's hair and refused to adhere to the haircut he asked for, instead she decided to cut his hair the way she wanted to get it over with faster. Once he saw the result he looked disappointed and her response was "it will grow back". My family has been coming here for years and is aware of the no-frills experience. Mistakes happen, but it doesn't sound like this was a mistake based on the lack of apology offered and that the employee's attitude was so hostile from beginning to end. Personally, my hair is a huge part of my identity and I would be absolutely crushed if I paid for a service on it and didn't receive what I asked for. Many people feel the same, so it's very disappointing to know that the staff didn't even try to make a teenage client feel comfortable or give them the haircut they wanted to start off the school year feeling confident.

So I went in a week after it was colored to fix the mess up. Then after the highlights were washed out by the "shampoo" girl she half way brushed my hair, then took my cape off and basically told me to leave. So I asked for a brush to brush it myself.... Then noticed all my hair coming out as I brushed. When I was done and ready to leave with my wet hair the "shampoo" girl said I was being charged $35 for the products. As I left in tears as my hair was falling out l, I knew I'd never go back nor send anyone else to them. They should of refunded me my money I spent instead of charging me more.
