When I entered the facility, it looked like junk yard with cars all over the grounds, and no place for customers to park for an estimate. It took ten minutes before I would be able to talk to anyone. Finally, I met Andy. I showed him the area for repair and he quoted an unusually low price. This set up a red flag. I thought he would take along a form to write up what work needed to be done. It was all verbal, and not one thing was written down. Although, he had no problem obtaining my information and placing it in his phone. I started to walk back with him, and he said that the would call me later to set up a time and date. Never heard anything back. I even called him a few times prior to the closing of his shop. Again, never returned my call. I then called again around 7 p.m. the answering machine never picked up. However, finally, I received a call from him and he stated that he was on the way to school. Another red flag. This is an indication of an individual who is "Wet behind the Ears". He told me that when he returned home, he would send the estimate via email. The next morning, I left voice mail messages, and once again never heard anything back. Final analysis, this shop will only take cash payments and monies from Insurance Companies. No credit cards. If I remember he had given me the impression he wanted to keep this transaction under wraps. Being a Business man myself, I see that this shop lacks integrity and honesty. Also, the date on their website is 2018. That says a lot right there. I have contacted my attorney on this issue, and it is under investigation.

Well, not only were they very friendly to my son, even giving him a little toy car but they had us in and out in about 15 minutes. They finished the repairs on my car earlier than expected which saved me some money on the rental car. They have someone that can take you and drop you off at Enterprise to rent a car. They even have coffee and soda/pop free while you wait. They did a great job repairing my vehicle and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. They even let me go home to get my checkbook to pay my deductible, because they have a fee to process credit and debit cards.
